Reviews
The chow mein was swimming in oil and overloaded with ketchup, making it nearly inedible. When I politely questioned the staff about it, they insisted that it was “supposed to taste like that,” which left me completely stunned.
The chilli momo was even worse—it had an unpleasant smell that immediately made me question what ingredients were used.
Based on my experience, I would never return, and I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through a meal like this either.
Also tried the salted yogurt drink, which I hated, the server saw I didn’t enjoy it and offered to comp it for us. We declined, but so nice of him to ask, excellent service!
This branch was closer to where we are so we decided to try them.
Food was alright but needs improvement, service was slow, waiters need more training, restroom was dirty.
I prefer Taste of Himalayas at University Ave way better.
This is a very cute place on the corner of the plaza with indoor and outdoor seating and a nice view across to the grassy hill and trees.
Service was quick and on point our entire visit with refills, soup, entrées, and to go boxes!
We got 2 chicken dishes (33 &34) and 1 Lamb dish (42) which were all tender and wonderfully seasoned and made your taste buds do a little dance, with spice levels at 2, 3, & 7! The basmati rice was light and fluffy and the garlic Naan bread was dangerously delicious!
Can’t wait to go back!
