Amazing food, decor and service. To top it off, was an incredible value. I had the pakora & a beer as appetizers but before that the lentil soup, which was much better than the plain flavor some other places serve. Entrée was korma, level 3-4 spiciness, with garlic cilantro naan. Everything was better than I expected and this location is nestled in the cutest shopping area. Absolutely fantastic food, staff, and overall vibe. I ate at an Indian restaurant in San Diego where it was properly, literally, authentic and it was delicious but at a spice level of 0, it was the hottest thing I’ve ever had in my life. Here however, the 1-10 is pretty accurate and the food is just as delicious. The staff are very friendly and recognize regulars. The interior of the restaurant has quite a nice aesthetic as well. Great job you guys!

Perfect place to eat in Carlsbad if you want lots of veggies and a great blend of spices. I think the food is very reasonably priced and service was great! We arrived for lunch right when they opened and they were up front about some of the food needing to be made from scratch and taking more time to get to us. Our waitress, TuTu, listened to my questions and made a great recommendation for me. Will go back again!

Tutu is the best server! Thanks Tutu for telling me about the coconut curry and vindaloo. Really sweet people and yummy food. The lunch special gets you a lentil soup, fresh naan bread, rice and a your pick of 2 dishes, lots of food for 10 bucks! Located in downtown Cbad at Village Faire Shopping on the corner of Cbad village Dr. And coast hwy. If you’re hesitant to spice, I recommend getting a 0 spice level and asking for the spices on the side if you need a kick of heat. Amazing place. We just had our lunch and I would rate this place as one of the best rated Indian/Nepalese food. All the dishes are freshly made and has super authentic taste. It’s equivalent to home cooked food. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Delicious and incredibly flavored offerings here. Would absolutely come back! They asked for spiciness on a scale of 1-10: we ordered our food at a 5. My nose was running like crazy (lol) but it wasn’t to the point of ruining my meal or taking away from the flavor. Flavors were absolutely on point. We ordered the variety platter of momo (dumplings – it comes with veggie/chicken/lamb, but we don’t like chicken and they accommodated us without thinking twice about it – so it was 4 veggie and 5 lamb). Entrees ordered were the malai kofta and the bhera ra saag with the raita (yogurt dip) on the side. Large bowl of rice served with it all. An unexpected complimentary small cup of yellow lentil soup was brought out to kick off our dining experience. Delicious from start to finish! Just be mindful of the spice level you request.

We went there second time on the way back from San Diego to LA, and as always the food was awesome . Try their special menu items from the second page, any kind of biriyani and of course naan. Their naan is the best.
