After 27 years in hospitality and co-owned a successful Key West restaurant, we’re excited to share an evolving menu that highlights local ingredients and reflects our love for food. Influenced by Polish, Cuban, Mexican, and Caribbean cuisines, our elevated street food is crafted with care because we believe food is the ultimate love language. We’d been driving for almost 4 hours with zero food options in sight. Pulled into a gas station for fuel and spotted this little cocina. Decided to give it a shot, and wow, we are SO glad we did.
We both got the carne adovada burrito (one red, one Christmas style) and they were absolutely incredible. Perfectly seasoned pork, flavorful chile, and the rice and beans were on point. Totally hit the spot.
The owner was incredibly kind and so helpful, especially since we weren’t sure what everything was. She walked us through the options and made us feel right at home.
To all our RV and road tripping friends: there’s plenty of parking in the lot, so don’t be shy about bringing your rig. This place is a true hidden gem and absolutely worth the stop. Support this small business! We only wish they were closer to home so we could eat here all the time!

The beef shank Posole is incredible. The broth has been created by a chef who truely knows how to draw out the richness of bone shank without being oily. The chile plays nice drawing up a little warmth not taking over. The posole isn’t frozen or canned. Has a pleasant texture and hasn’t been rushed into its relationship with the other ingredients. Low and slow and delicious.

Great food, the price was high but it’s worth the flavor. We ordered a watermelon Agua and chicken burrito. Watermelon drink was fresh blended watermelon with mint, it was a perfect summer time flavor. The chicken burrito was on point, it reminds me of a shredded chicken smothered burrito from taco bell but made from scratch and without the grease. It was quickly made with lots of love. Thank you for a fantastic lunch
