I have tried lots of Indian restaurants, and I really admire this place, because they serve such great food for great prices. I assume it’s because of low overhead, it’s a very small place, no frills, mostly takeout. The food is absolutely excellent. I highly recommend it! The negative reviews I’ve read on here appear fake, hard to believe.

I can taste the love in the food. It’s so good just like a home cooked meal, definitely a healthier choice to go with. The owner is also super nice. Forget all those flashy places- Best Indian food in LB.

Wow. Pretty disgusting food. The meat smelled and tasted rancid, besides that health hazard, everything was watery like soup and void of flavor…I didn’t order any soup. With so many great Indian restaurants around it’s a mistake to eat here, I actually didn’t even eat my delivery after trying a bite of each thing. Pray for me.

Great great food i have eaten indian food all over the states and nothing compares to price, taste and quantity. I always enjoy the conversation with the owner. My go to meal is the curry chicken although i do enjoy the spinach. I am very surprised at all the negative ive been going there for over 10 years and make an effort to get there atleast once every 2 weeks

The guy is down to earth. I received a warm welcome. I saw the low rating and was concerned. I went particularly for lamb. The price was right and food ok. However I recommend the owner to include lamp with bones. At the other Indian Restaurant on Broadway & Redondo they serve goat with bones. Oh taste just like Grandma taught Mama used to cook. Lamp with bones please. I want to alternate between lamp and goat and not miss out on sucking the bones.
