Came here with my best friend to the buffet area, it was absolutely delicious!! The food was well seasoned, filling and just amazing overall. We tried the mango milk shake, indian chai tea butter chicken, butter naan, basmati rice and so much more! It was truly an amazing dining experience, the waiters were attentive and professional, they were also so quick my friend and I didn’t even realize when our finished plates were gone!! It was an amazing experience for an amazing price and her and I will surely be back again!!

We were seated right away, and the service was friendly, frequent, and fast. I had the chicken fried rice with a medium/hot spice range. It was fantastic! My family was happy with their choices as well. My son had the butter chicken, and my wife had the saag paneer. We also had samosas and the garlic naan. We will be back to try the lunch buffet next.

08/01/25 – Since my first review we’ve been here many times. Today we went with our 5yr old and we did not have the same experience. I guess this is not a kid friendly restaurant. My wife asked what the price was for our 5yr old. The man said $8.99. My wife confirmed $8.99 and he rudely said, “She is a child.” I don’t know why they can’t do kid prices based on age. Our girl won’t finish a kid meal, so $8.99 is steep. Good thing for Green Leaf!

I’m not being mean, see my previous review. It is positive. The difference was the older couple who are usually there were off. They’re much friendlier. My advice no kids.

12/03- My first time and a great experience. I took my wife for lunch to another restaurant, which is closed on Tuesday. That’s when we found this gem.

You’re greeted as if you’re an old friend. They offer lunch special as well as a lunch buffet. The variety is great because you will find something for everyone.

If you’re Vegan, no problem. They have a good selection on both the menu or buffet.

The place is very clean and plenty of space so you don’t feel crowded. You get people from all over which for me it’s nice to see when people expand their taste buds.

I enjoy the Chicken Masala, Chicken Curry, the white rice and yellow rice with potatoes. I had their version of garbanzo beans. They had a paneer dish my wife enjoyed.

They had a section for a good ol’ salad
I used fresh jalapeños to top off my dishes. They had a spicy chicken dish but I forgot the name. If you see spicy, it has a kick. They have naan to tone down the spice and a few dessert dishes to sweeten your day.

The service is great and in my case I drink water so I never went without it during my meal.

The entire staff is friendly and willing it make you feel comfortable. If you’re adventurous and want to try a different place give them a try and let others know.

Tried their buffet twice – both times food has been great overall. Some items taste better than others but there’s plenty of items to try. Waiters do a good job of refilling water, taking empty plates. Service at the counter seems hit or miss based on other reviews but I haven’t had any issues. We took our 3yo with us both times and were not charged for his plate. I just wish they’d stop adding colors to some of their food items to make them look better.

Today(07/06/25) I tried a Garlic naan with chicken curry which is decent but the Chicken Biryani is the worst one I ever had. Really I never left a bad review this is my first one its really worst and it tastes like white rice mixed with just red chilli powder. There is no masala in the chicken biryani.
I have spend $15 plus tax for the biryani at least make it as eatable one.

We visited The Taste of India for the first time on Valentine’s Day. I expected it to be busy, and we did wait to be seated, which was understandable since there was also a private event happening.

However, after about 40 minutes (during buffet hours), the owner/manager came to our table and asked me to go ahead and pay for my ticket so my group could “proceed to unoccupy the table” for people who were waiting. This was extremely uncomfortable and came across as rude and unprofessional — especially since my son was still eating his dessert.

If you’re going to run a buffet, customers should not be pressured to leave like that. Being busy is not an excuse to treat paying customers this way. Unfortunately, it left a very bad impression and felt discriminatory.

The service is fast, and the staff is really nice. The food is like a taste of home for those who can’t find good Indian food elsewhere. But if you’re not in that situation, the food is nothing special. It’s pretty basic and lacks depth and flavour. Overall, the dishes are plain and might not satisfy those looking for a more enjoyable or flavorful experience.

The place is very nice, and it is always packed. It is understandable since the food there is really good. There were 6 of us and we ordered 6 different dishes, and all of them were so delicious.
Nice, clean, and cozy place.
The servers were generally friendly but there was one server that was not nice and not helpful, and because of that we would always try to ask other servers.
The price for the dishes weren’t too bad, they ranged between $13-$15 for the dishes we got.
Overall I would definitely get food from here again (maybe takeout since it’s always packed and all). But it’s still good to go there to enjoy a meal with friends and family.

Location is best advantage of this restaurant. Food quality was not as good as expected. Rice quality was extremely poor. They provide buffet on Sunday. Not too pricey. Environment is near clean and well arranged.
I found Adda food much more tasty and authentic.
