Social Profile:

Taste of India welcomes you to taste our exotic flavors of authentic Indian cuisine, with a few delicacies from North and South India. The exotic flavors are those special spices exported from India. India’s cuisine is a combination of subtle tastes where the flavors are as varied as India’s climate and as exotic as India’s people. Fragrant, zesty, and warm Indian spices are delicately blended to create the dishes we present to you. Ingredients are used to tempt your appetite. Each dish boasts its own distinctive flavor and aroma thanks to the fresh spices that are prepared every day. The blending and preparation of fresh spices is an exacting, centuries old craft.

Blandest butter chicken I’ve ever had. Two butter chicken, 3 garlic naan, & 1 order chicken dumplings was over $63! Dumplings were tasty, but only about 1 tablespoon of sauce to go with it. I thought the portions were small. The naan was good. I’d never go back.

I had a wonderful experience at Taste of India. The food was absolutely delicious and full of authentic Indian flavors. The butter chicken was rich and creamy, and the naan was soft and fresh. Every dish was well-cooked and perfectly spiced.

The staff were very friendly, polite, and attentive. The service was quick, and the atmosphere was clean and comfortable. It’s a great place to enjoy Indian cuisine with family and friends.

I highly recommend Taste of India to anyone who loves flavorful and quality food. I will definitely visit again!”

This was great restaurant. The vibes were pretty pleasant. They had instrumental flute pieces in the background, which made the experience quite enjoyable. The service was a bit slow, but it wasn’t so bad as the food was hot and smelled pretty great. The staff was very amiable as well. Some of the food, however, can use a little more fine-tuning. The food was flavorful as one can expect from Indian cuisine, but, in my opinion, the dumplings/momos can use a bit more spice like maybe some optional chilly oil. The sizzling chicken was tasty, and the lamb curry had a very blossoming gravy. They also served these complementary papad (tortilla chips) with 3 different sauces, and the tomato sauce was actually very delicious. I had a fun experience. Overall, I’d rate it a 7.98/10. 🙂

If you like Indian food THIS is the place!!!

I’ve never been to India but we have friends that have and they say this is one of the most authentic Indian restaurants they have eaten at. Fast, friendly and delicious!

I’ve eaten dozens of times and have yet to experience anything that wasn’t delicious.

Five stars for Taste of India in Waynesboro! The Chicken Tikka Masala and samosas were spot on. A huge thank you to the staff for recommending the potato-filled naan and the lamb chops. The lamb was an excellent recommendation! Everything was fresh and the service was as always top notch. Highly recommend if you’re in the area.

I’m not ashamed to admit that I’m a Taste of India fanboy – all of their locations have always been top notch but the Waynesboro location has become my favorite. It’s got all the comfort food you could ever want but still manages to make it make it taste better than the rest. Their buffet was great (love that they have the masala chai there too!) and it’s a great value, especially for people who are unfamiliar with the cuisine – there’s something for everyone to try out.

Beautiful atmosphere. Hosts and servers are so friendly, and service was amazing. We felt taken care of, but not rushed. Chili Garlic Mo:Mo was the best I’ve ever had! Everything was delicious. This place sets the standard for fine Indian, and Indo-Chinese cuisine. We will definitely be back!

Even though the restaurant was closed, they kindly offered us a table and served us applesauce — such a generous gesture! The food here is genuinely delicious, especially the paneer dishes. Highly recommend this place for both the taste and hospitality!

We are so happy that Taste of India is a bit of a closer drive for us! We loved the environment and our waiter was so personable. He checked on us, talked about tv shows, and was overall very genuine. The food was absolutely delicious! Our little toddler loved the garlic nan!
My little family loves it here! We highly recommend.
