Really good food! And I mean extremely good. They also remodeled recently, and it is such a peaceful cozy european vibe. Their jägerschnitzel and mashed potatoes is fantastic. The breading and cook on it are perfect every time. The chicken Kiev is a really tasty dish. It’s very impressive how consistently perfect they cook that. It’s a fried chicken roll stuffed with garlic herb butter inside on top of a buttery decadent toast, and hard to make in my opinion, but they nail it every time! Also, get the potato perogies. We also love trying their regional wines and drinks, and their deserts are delicious. The caramel crepes are pretty and delicious. So many crepes these days are not great, but these are so good you can’t stop eating them. We also like the Napoleon!

I went for the Favorite Sampler at Taste of Europe and wow, every single dish was a knockout. The flavors were bold and fresh, the desserts were indulgent without being too heavy, and the beverages rounded everything out perfectly. Each bite kept me wanting more and I kept finding new favorites as I went through the sampler. It’s the kind of place where you want to tell everyone you know to come eat, laugh a little, and maybe even do a happy little dance after each bite. Service was friendly and relaxed, the atmosphere made it easy to linger, and I left already planning my next visit. Seriously, if you love great food and a spot that makes dining fun, don’t miss Taste of Europe.

Amazing food! We just moved to the area and found Taste of Europe on the map. We had the pierogies, cabbage rolls, hot borsch soup, and grandma’s salad. Everything was wonderful! Can’t wait to try everything on the menu!

Tried Taste of Europe and it was absolutely fabulous! Had some borscht and some kolduny and my partner had some blintzes. Everything was so fresh and tasty. Highly recommend you give them a shot

Great Eastern European food (Russian, Ukrainian and maybe Polish dishes)! Many of the entrees are quite hardy and filling. Breaded pork or chicken, lots of potato-based dishes, roasted veggies and savory meats. You can also get a Jäger Schnitzel, although I didn’t get to try that classic German dish this time around. The service was helpful, friendly and attentive.
The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars for the atmosphere is because I remember the old set-up which was a bit more eclectic and had the tables portioned off with a bit more privacy and more decor/knick-knacks. I preferred that over the new set-up, which is, however, still very comfortable and relaxing.

This is a Triple D restaurant. Service is efficient and friendly. I had the Hungarian Goulash and it was satisfactory. I didn’t like the mushroom appetizer, cold mushrooms are ok. Most European countries that I have been to have a deep fried mushroom dish with a garlic sauce or a different sauce. The Goulash was average, didn’t meet the “old country” or “old continent” taste test. The atmosphere is nice, the outside has the old Europe designs.

Go. Just go. Order anything and be happy with your plate. The food has such a rich cultural homey taste to it. The kiev was so special with actually dreamy mashed potatoes, the pierogi was perfectly cooked, and the crepes were a nice finish, although… to have everything be that tasty and fall short with Hershey chocolate syrup and canned whip with the crepes made it feel a little like an after thought when everything else was so comforting and cared for. All in all, most definitely will be back!

I had the potato and onion pierogi, they were light, fresh, and very tasty. My kiddo had the jagerschnitzel, she very much enjoyed every bite. We weren’t fond of the sauerkraut because it was warm (I’ve always eaten cold sauerkraut) and just a touch too vinegary for our liking. …but that’s just my opinion, I’m sure others love it. We’ll definitely be back.

A Taste Of Europe in Arlington is a real gem. The food is authentic, flavorful, and clearly made with care—everything tastes fresh and homemade. The staff is friendly and happy to explain the menu. It’s a great place to try European specialties you don’t find everywhere. Definitely worth a visit, and we’ll be coming back!
