Staff is friendly and food is decent. I think it’s reasonably priced even though it’s not that greatest Chinese food. I’ve been here twice and enjoyed the experience. They make your orders fast!

Don’t get me wrong, I’m generally a big fan of generic, Americanized Chinese food places. That said this was far from my favorite experience. The best thing about my meal here is that it took like 5 minutes to order and get my food. Past that, I was fairly disappointed.
I ordered a lunch combo with fried rice. The fried rice was just rice with brown coloring; there were no vegetables or chicken or egg in it that you typically find in fried rice. My General Tso’s chicken was coated in some sort of sauce that was like no other General Tso’s sauce that I’ve ever had before (mostly sweet and sour sauce with a little adjustment perhaps) and I’m pretty sure it was just microwaved and poured over the chicken. The best part of the meal was the egg roll, but that was obviously just a standard frozen egg roll; not something house made.
I was the only person in the restaurant, so I don’t think they mixed up my order or the kitchen was overwhelmed to possibly explain that I received something other than what I ordered.
I won’t be returning. I’m only giving 2 stars because I was really in the mood for an egg roll and that part was flawlessly executed.
Also, they have removed their dining tables from use, so the place is carryout only. Thats not necessarily a bad thing, I’m just calling it out.

I ordered two combo meals, I was given no soy sauce or duck sauce. One of my meals was general tso’s chicken, there was absolutely no broccoli. The fried rice that comes with the combo meal has absolutely no vegetables in it, it’s just yellow rice. I will never order from them again.

I have eaten here twice now. Loved it both times. I actually messed up my order on the phone and they helped clear it up. Their diner special combo are exactly what you would expect out of takeout Chinese. Delicious, filling and plenty of leftovers. I’m glad they are in Monona!

I used to get take out 2-3 times a week. I have my favorites. Hot and sour soup and terriaiki beef. Soup is always great. But the terriaiki beef is so dry. No sause. Raised prices, but terrible quality.

I live right down the street and order online through their website. We enjoy their food a lot and every time I’ve gone in to grab my food, the folks behind the counter have been super friendly! The food also gets prepared very quickly. No complaints from us!

Today’s delivery was on time hot and all the food items were there but I ordered a Hunan dish a spicy dish and my food has no spice. I called the store and the dude started yelling at me telling me that he personally did it and you know what we’re not dealing with that ever again.

Online ordering doesn’t offer anyplace for changing of certain items so I wrote in the comment section of each choice and then they called and said they can’t do because of a online order. What a waste of money. Place in McFarland is much better and they will accommodate your order to what you would like.

Do not go here, This USE to be the only good place in Madison to get Chinese food. They are under new ownership. They don’t even deliver anymore and their food is worse than panda express. Save your money
