On September 5, 1964, Marlboro finally had it’s own Pizza restaurant, The Marlboro House of Pizza was opened. The owners were Stavros and Vasiliki Economou who had come to the U.S. 8 years before from Epiros, Greece.Vasiliki’s mother Anggiliki, as well as her sister Millie and her brother Chris, helped the family open the new restaurant. Prior to becoming The Marlboro House of Pizza, the location had been occupied by a drug store, a laundry mat, and a diner. In the beginning, The Marlboro House of Pizza sold 700 to 800 pizzas a day, as well as selling their, soon to become famous, “home-made meatball subs”! The Marlboro House of Pizza quickly became a great success. Following this the Economou’s opened 10 more pizza restaurants in the Mass

The staff is very friendly, they have extremely good paninis, pizzas, grinders, platters, sandwiches…. Everything very fresh, local and very tasty.

So I had a $60 order I added an Italian sub large with extra meat mayonnaise and I got no extra meat after I paid for it no mayonnaise no Italian dressing no salt and pepper nothing you call them and complain and they say yeah yeah it was on there yeah yeah it was on there they don’t fix it I’m done I’ll never go there again boy caught the place it sucks

Extremely fresh and excellent service! I don’t live in Marlborough, but made a special trip just to grab the Caribbean Sweet & Spicy Salad. I tried it last week and has been the best salad I have ever had this far. My daughter got a 4 piece chicken tender basket that came with fries and a salad. She said “the chicken is really good and the French fries are just amazing and really fresh”. (She’s 8). We were waited on by Ramez who was extremely friendly and had excellent customer service. I highly recommend coming to MHOP!

Placed an online order for 2 sandwich dinners. One without veggies. I called after placing the order to confirm my request and they confirmed they did see it. It arrived with veggies and mayo. Both not on my receipt. Not wasting my time ordering again when I have to go to work. If you want your food done right go somewhere else. Especially when it was 50$

Now, I’m not the biggest pizza fan but… this is probably the best pizza I’ve ever had. The toppings were fresh, the crust was toasted to the perfect level of crisp without being burned. And there are plenty of options for everyone. Eric has been eating here since he was a kid and even though we live in Colorado now this is still the best pizza from here to there.

I truly can’t say enough great things about this place. I order 2-3 times a week here on my lunch break for work and truly their salads are AMAZING. I usually get the garden salad with crispy chicken and the size of the salad is amazing for the price- and the ingredients are always so fresh. I’ve also tried the pizza, calzones, and pasta and each item is truly amazing and made with love!
I also have to add that the service is incredible. Everytime I walk in to pick up my order, I am greeted with a warm welcome and the staff are all genuinely nice hearted people who treat everyone with respect. By the second time I made a call-in order, the owner remembered my order from a couple days prior and asked if I wanted the specific details that I ordered in the past. It was a very nice gesture and really showed how much they care about their customers.

this is one of the go-to places in Marlborough Massachusetts for pizza subs lunch and dinner entrees and possibly a few desserts although I’m not sure about that. I myself have gone there for chicken salad subs which always come out super fresh super crisp and delicious! That’s why I’m giving this place a five for food.
(if I’m being completely transparent I haven’t even had their pizza yet)
but the place is like a beehive of activity all day people are going in and out picking up their call and orders or just coming to order right off of the street. and seeing is how there are numerous pizza joints around the area The competition is fierce so this place must be good if it’s still in business and still getting that much for traffic. I highly suggest you go by and check out their menu and grab yourself a bite to eat! The two gentlemen that I’ve spoken to on those few occasions where I’ve ordered from the spot have been very warm very welcoming and the type of people that you want to talk to when you’re asking them to make food for you!!
I put three stars for the atmosphere because it’s pretty bleak inside and for some reason they always have all of the tables even the high tops pushed way over to the side of the walls almost as if they’re going to have a dance or something in the middle of the space but I never see any action going on just the tables and chairs pushed all the way to the side of the walls as if they’re about to close up or mop.. I don’t know why they do this and I’m not even complaining but I am saying it’s kind of an in and out joint if you know what I mean.

I grew up in Marlboro eating amazing food from The Marlboro House of Pizza. I just ordered today for the first time in years. It was so delicious! What an awesome sandwich. We have been going from place to place around town. This is by far the best ever!!!

Well tonight I ordered the chicken with broccoli Alfred pasta and it was tasteless. Very bland and the chicken was way too dry! I don’t know what they are thinking when they baked it. That’s not how you make a good Alfredo sauce. It’s supposed to be rich and creamy. I won’t order that again. The salad looked like it was thrown together no presentation what’s so ever ♀️ ♀️

So I had a previous delivery on last Saturday. This was absolutely on point, hot,fresh, tasty and onetime. The delivery driver followed all my instructions and received early at my hotel rooms But tonight I ordered & the delivery driver Luis didn’t follow my instructions to it be delivered at the door & I tried to contact him and no reply!!my pizza was cold and inedible!!shame as I am a regular visitor on business and would have like to us you more!!
