The booth seats have synthetic gator skin backing which makes for a unique touch. The shrimp po boy was good, I got the grilled shrimp on mine (breaded was an option). There’s a spicy creamy sauce on it that’s delicious. The fries are good. For appetizers they have little bowls of pinto beans with hot sauce in them (free). They also have gator bites and fried pickles and other appetizers (not free) that looked good. Average price is $15 to $20 per person for lunch for entrees. Overall, recommend. Could have had louder music (I’m not even sure they had music). Customer service was good.

The Resturant was clean, the staff friendly. The atmosphere was relaxed. The food was ok and a bit expensive.

The best place to get real home cooking in downtown Jefferson! The staff is always incredibly friendly, the restaurant is always clean, and the food is great! Well priced for the portion sizes and always a great experience! I stop here every time I’m in the area!

Stopped in while visiting Jefferson General Store and Jefferson Historical Museum. I had a cheeseburger and fries, my wife had a shrimp po-boy, my oldest kid had a BLT and fries, and my two youngest both had chicken strips and fries. Everything was great, all the way down to the complimentary pinto beans, which I thought was a unique touch and much better than rolls or something like that. They were also generous serving sizes. Service was great, waitress was friendly and attentive. We don’t live in the area any more, but if we did this would probably become one of our regular spots.
