FAVORITE PLACE ON THE ISLAND!! Amazing portion sizes and delicious food. I got the omelette with sausage, onions and cheese, the French toast, and chicken cutlet. We came here a few times and it was nice that the owners remembered us. Our chicken cutlet was still steaming even by the time we walked back to the lounge.

Finding reasonably priced food that actually tastes good in Kauai is hard (in my opinion). This breakfast omelette was very tasty with hashbrowns, my husband liked the chicken stir fry. We went to this truck originally because we saw online they had Ahi, but it wasn’t available. I would recommend this food truck for breakfast!

Forgot to take before pictures. My genuine feedback is this is a great breakfast food truck. Sat at picnic tables and really enjoyed the whole experience. It was hard to choose between pancakes and French toast. We went with the French toast and I am so happy I did. The hashbrowns were probably cooked perfectly to my preference of crispy outside and soft but cooked center. So good.

Man these guys do breakfast right! Huge portions for an unbeatable price. French toast and omelette were equally delicious. It’s too bad we discovered this place on the last day of our trip, otherwise we would totally be back.

Best Mac salad I have ever had, I even stopped by before our flight to get a whole to-go box full of it. And the chicken Katsu?! Superb! Added bonus… They have Ahi Katsu.

Delicious and huge taro French toast with choice of meat and filling omelette with all the fixings, including hash browns! Pretty much $10 a plate. Located in the Wyndham Bali Hai. Good prices and great food. Definitely a bonus after the expensive places on the south shore. Sorry I didn’t get a before pic

Wow. Just wow. The Taro French Toast was amazing and one of a kind. HUGE THICK slices of sweet purple taro toast. It has been the best French Toast I’ve had on Kauai. I should have come here sooner. The omlet was delcious and generously portioned as well. Great prices, great portions. The food came out so fast and cooked perfectly. I went back twice. It was consistently great!

We we’re staying at Wyndham and the Taste of Asia food truck was near our room. It was very convenient to have the food truck near by. The service was friendly but forgot the brown rice on one of our order. We ordered the corned beef loco moco, regular loco moco, korean fried chicken and seared ahi salad. The food was good/average but the corned beef loco moco was a bit mushy and had more potatoes. Like it was canned corned beef. Overall, it’s a good place to eat specially if you’re staying at Wyndham. It’s very convenient.
