I love this place down!!!! Food is always so hot and fresh. You get HUGE portions for dinner. They have the best fried rice I’ve ever had and the best lo mein I’ve tried as well. Their hot and sour soup is amazing, unlike any other. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years and will continue to recommend it.

The first time I ordered from here it was for take out. I expected this normal processed Chinese takeout. I was pleasantly surprised with freshly made delicious chicken!! So we came in the next time and dined in. Again, everything tasted unique and fresh! I don’t see my family eating anywhere else for this genre of food!! It’s the best around!!! I highly recommend TASTE OF ASIA!!

I am very dissatisfied with the direction this Taste of Asia off of Clifford Street has taken. I ordered a general tso’s chicken. Unfortunately, this is probably the worst dish I have ever had from this location. The chicken was not trimmed up like it should be. There were chunks of cartilage and gristle in there that were fried up with the dough. I am never going back to this location, they keep getting worse and worse.

Would not recommend take out options. Ordered total was $65 and did not feel like I got $65 worth of food. The food was close to being inedible. Chicken was tough and overcooked. Steamed and fried rice were undercooked… definitely feel taken advantage of. 2 stars for service bc they were fast..

I gave this establishment one more chance and did something. I very rarely do Because of my disabilities and also being without a vehicle right now. I ordered delivery. My last delivery was very mediocre at best. Last time. It arrived cold, the man said he left 20 minutes before I got it. I lived less than 5 minutes from the restaurant today. I ordered Fried Rice combo, beef and chicken with extra extra. Soy sauce. They were happy to take the order. They were even happier to charge me $19, and said it’d be here in 45 minutes. I didn’t mind that it got here almost an hour later, but when I opened the bag after the man just simply handed me the bag and walked away. Of course, he had his hand out for the tip, which I tipped him sufficiently 25% when I opened. The bag I tried to ask him where the soy sauce was, but he’d already got in his car and drove away like he didn’t even hear me. I called the restaurant I asked them to Repeat my order which they did.And it clearly stated extra extra soy sauce. The man told me that he’d have the driver drop it off on its next delivery 45 minutes later. I called him, he knew who I was. But he simply told me that the driver minds, you a delivery driver tells the guy running the restaurant he’s too busy to bring back. What they forgot and charge me for then. He tells me to have a nice evening. I said, excuse me, but I paid you for this. You said you were gonna bring it, and now you’re telling me that your driver tells you the guy running a restaurant that he’s too busy to deliver what? You all forgot and his exact words to me were It’s just soy sauce, sir. Eat your food and enjoy it. And have a nice night, I ask him to come. And pick up the order and refunding my my money on my card. He tells me that he’s not authorized to do that. And I would have to call back another day to talk to the manager or the owner knowing very well that he’s going to use the excuse later that I kept the food after I asked him to come. And pick it back up now. I’m disabled and without a vehicle right now. So I can’t return the food and he refuses to pick it up. So I guess I’m going to lose over $22 for a meal that only. Cost $13.99 there.

Used to get food here a lot, but I think tonight is the last time I’ll give them my business.

The good: Guy serving me took my order within 5 minutes of me sitting down.

The Bad: When the server brought my food out(I ordered orange chicken from the Children’s menu) he said “here” and plopped my dish on the table and walked off.

The ugly: The chicken was a little over cooked which I would normally let that go, but the chicken was tepid at best. They tried to mask how cold the chicken was by warming/heating the sauce but that didn’t help or work.

Idk if they’re under new ownership but I’ll never go there again!

This place just became my #1 best ever Asian cuisine. Never have I tasted such fresh and perfectly cooked orange chicken. And finally one with large chunks of white meat chicken and less batter, it was delicious. So was everything else we tried. Taste of Asia is a MUST try!

I highly recommend that you check your receipt and ask for them to print one out that does not only tell you what you ordered, but that the price also be legible. When I asked today for another copy of my receipt. So I could see what they were charging me, because it didn’t say what they were charging me. But it did say what the total was which was $3.50 cents more than what I payed before, and I ordered the same thing. Every time I come here, the combo Fried Rice, no shrimp. Just give me more chicken or beef. And the waitress confirmed again today before I ordered it that I could get either one. And it was because I did not get the shrimp. No extra charge I said thank you, and just add either one. It doesn’t matter. Well when I got my check. I couldn’t see the price of anything on there. But I could see perfectly what I ordered when I asked to get a copy. That was more legible. The man behind the cash register got very upset and kept acting like he didn’t know what I was saying. So then my waitress and the waiter both told him that I wanted a receipt that I could see what the pricing was.He asked me why he told me what it was. But yet the waiter went ahead and printed it out for me. And I got it, and it was completely legible. And I noticed, they were charging me $3.50 extra i asked him why he said that I did not order a combo fried rice. Because I did not get the shrimp. It only qualifies as beef, and chicken comb??? and that I order extra protein when I told him. That’s not what I ordered. He told me, that’s what I got, and I had to pay extra for that. It is not a combo if you don’t get the shrimp. When I told him that that’s not what the waitress told me. And that’s always been called a comb ever since I’ve come here. I told him, I always ordered the same thing. Anybody that knows me will tell you. I always order the same thing. When I go to certain restaurants, because I know what I like and last time I was here. My check was $18 and something cents.
Today my check was just under $22.
He had the nerve to threaten me that if I did not pay what he said that I could not come back. I told him that that’s not good business practice. You give people distorted receipts and hope that nobody asked no questions. And you charge people more money and hoping they don’t catch you. I believe it was a mistake. I told him even the waitress told him that she did tell me what I said she told me. And he just wasn’t having it, he wanted his extra $3,50 or else. I don’t know what other people would do, but I’m not gonna pay $3.50 extra when I was just in here. The other day and got the same thing and paid less. So beware, the gentleman that’s the cashier.Who claims he’s the owner? Does overcharge people and I believe that he has the machine set up to print out a receipt where the numbers don’t come out. Just what you ordered, I tried to take a pictures of the receipt to post it with this posting, but he took the ticket off the counter before I could take the picture when he noticed. I was taking a picture of it. I don’t believe that the waitress or the waiters are in on this. I think is strictly just the individual behind the cash register. Who claims to be the owner? By the way, again, I emphasize be aware of what they’re charging you here, I recommend not to come here. Remember today $3.50 and next time could even be more. But regardless, he’s overcharging people, and hoping they don’t see it and receiving money that they’re not entitled to. I would assume that that would be considered theft because it is in my book

We discovered a great little restaurant tonight in Fort Worth. It was very good Chinese food and the servings were huge. We will be back.
