Raila our waitress was wonderful. Talk about a well oiled machine this place ran like clock work. Busy holiday morning but you wouldn’t know it by the service! The kitchen crew was spot on with getting the food out for the owner to deliver. Great vibe with the entire staff and bus girl never missing a step! For door to food was about 15 min and the food presentation and taste was very good. Yes, we will be back

The food was good enough but nothing too special. We had a Malibu skillet, a Virginia biscuits and gravy, and a chocolate chip pancake. Most of the food felt like it could have come from a good mix from the restaurant store and they just put 8 chocolate chips on top of the pancake. Biscuits were better than average for restaurant food though, were not dry. Service was a little slow, but they were a little busy and it was a little louder than I like.

The food is great. They have big portions and great choices. The service was horrible. This has not been the norm, but was very bad. Not sure I will ever go back.

First and foremost, I feel that this restaurant caters to the locals. I didn’t get that warm and friendly feeling when I was there. However, the regulars that do go there get treated way differently but that is to be expected (First name basis).The food was okay, it wasn’t anything to write home to. The portions was alright— I didn’t leave hungry but I wasn’t overwhelmed of how big the portion were. The establishment was cleaned, but I didn’t use the restroom facilities. The service was adequate although, it would have been nice if I was asked how I was doing and if I needed anything else? To be honest with you I was expecting the old style truck stop diners— big truck driver portions that’ll make you leaving you stuff to the gills. Would I return? Probably not! Was I disappointed— not really! I do enjoy going to different small towns and eating at their local diners and it’s amazing that at some of those places how they welcome the outsiders.. AND WHAT STILL LEAVES ME SCRATCHING MY HEAD — I told the waitress; who was cashing me out to leave a ten dollar tip on my bill and she put down four dollars—- Does she not want my money (lol)? What’s really bad is that she wasn’t the waitress who waited on me. And the only language I speak is English ( – oh well). On to another adventure!
