I loved that the food look exactly like the picture. It was amazingggg, I love seafood and this was one of the best ones.The crew was so sweet to add. The only thing is the parking is tricky for bigger truck drivers but you forget all about it when you get the food ❤️

I order a dozen of garlic oysters but only receive 11 (not a huge deal), some of my garlic blue crabs were mushy and some of the potatoes were not cooked all the way. I will definitely give them another try even though I was a little disappointed especially because I don’t live in the area and I didn’t feel like driving all the way back during traffic. The garlic sauce was great!

Not the place I thought it would be, from the Facebook post. The fried fish and shrimp were better than the boil plate with corn, potatoes and eggs. The sauce was flavorful but lack that garlic and spiciness I was looking for. The building 400 feet off the main road.

Been coming here for years , the customer service is always so friendly and welcoming. I now live in park circle, but it’s time for me to make that well worthy drive to get me a box !!! The crabs are always plentiful and juicy and the flavor is always amazing.

I placed an online crab order during severe winter weather when roads were unsafe. My scheduled pickup time was 4:43 PM, and my daughter arrived around 5:00 PM. She was told the order was not ready because they ran out of propane. She was given the option to wait 20 minutes or receive a refund, which is understandable — however, the way she was spoken to was very unprofessional and disrespectful.
I attempted to resolve the issue by asking to speak with the owner to find a reasonable solution, but the response remained dismissive. We chose the refund option, yet the refund has still not been issued.
In addition, a previous visit resulted in food that was not up to standard, and I was told I would receive a replacement tray, which did not happen.
Customer service, communication, and follow-through matter just as much as the food. I hope this business improves how it handles customer concerns and refund situations.

Amazing garlic crabs and great customer service. I ordered garlic crabs online and not only were they hot. I did not have to wait. I told the owner it was my first time and she even offered me a complementary sweet tea definitely will be back.

My husband ordered the snow crabs, shrimp, and added sausage! It was delicious! The owner is very friendly and personable! She’s attentive too! She saw me outside and asked if I was coming to pick up an order. Instead of waiting until I came inside, she delivered it to my car! That was so kind and such great customer service! I appreciate her time and efforts to take care of her customers! Thanks!
