We arrived on a perfect timing when food was fresh and steaming hot. Everything is okay and we enjoyed the food we got from the buffet. They still have the same menu, we become it if you are in a hurry and trying to get some quick bite.

Honestly one of the best Chinese buffets around. Has all of the staple dishes and a couple of real standouts, like the beef in garlic sauce. Food is always fresh. The staff are fantastic, always nice and helpful.

It’s not bad for the 10 items they have. We came from Sherman hoping it was better than the two buffets we have, MUCH smaller selection and we were integrated about the age of our child. Zero sushi options and hardly anything a 6 year old will eat, Sherman at least has chicken nuggets and one of them keeps pizza for the littles. Crab Rangoon’s were a 3/10 at best with hardly any filling just enough to mimic the flavor they’re suppose to have, crab rations are why I go personally. We will stay in Sherman for Chinese buffet next time.

The food is great, there’s a menu if you do not want their buffet, they didn’t have anything for a vegan or vegetarian on the buffet line, so I had to order, but it was great!

If I could give the 10 stars they earned it! Stopped in today for lunch on my way back to Texas. Everything was excellent!!! Food was fresh, hot, plenty of it and absolutely delicious!

I have definitely eaten worse. But it wasn’t that good. I probably won’t be eating there again. There were several teenagers running around as if they were starving to death, and maybe they were. But they kept running into me and my plate. I was afraid they were going to knock me over.

So if your looking for a quick bite to eat you came to the right spot. Although the selection is not very good. For the price at lunch at $15.00 I think I can find a better spot. The food was not very hot coming off the buffet. I would not return here for the price you pay.

I know how everyone feels about buffets especially after 2020 but this is the place to go. It’s super clean, they always have good food, the workers are nice, and fast food usually hurts my stomach but theirs never does. I love Asian Gourmet but I’d say Taste Island is better because you can get a variety of different foods over just the one. If you’re just passing through or live here definitely give them a try! 😀

The food is wonderful! I did take out so I’m not a hundred percent how the service is if you dine in but the lady ss the front was VERY helpful to me. Getting me stuff in the kitchen they didn’t have out. The atmosphere was very clean! I will be going back soon!
