No one likes to come inside. We are never made to feel welcome here. The white woman with the dyed red in her hair is the most rude person here. She can’t even make eye contact with people.
There are 3 girls here that actually try.

Starbucks is friendly… and cheerful!!
They might beg for tips on that credit card machine but you can bet they smile and talk to you.
These people at Dunkin’ act like we are a bother… we waited inside the other day with other people in line to grab their drinks… every single person said the same thing… that white woman has no personality and she is just rotten when she HAS To talk TO SOMEONE !!
Business would be better if these employees were polite and friendly… people in town are Avoiding this place lately

Dunkin has the reputation that they serve hot fresh coffee all day. I know it was 15 mins before closing but when I came in the girls was already throwing out all the donuts all the espresso machine already turned off and the coffee in the pot was flashing red. The 2 girls that was not working was leaning on the counter on their phones. I ordered 2 hot coffees and I was given old cold coffee. This is NOT Dunkin brands standards I know this for a fact. This is not my first time traveling thru Hartsville and stopped in to this location and the service and quality has just gone down hill. Do better with this location Mr.Patel your crew is making you look bad.

The 1 star is to maybe get the attention of Dunkin Inc or the local owner. The employee that owns or borrows the yellow convertible needs to learn to park somewhere that does not take up prime customer parking. This issue has been an inconvenience for years and nothing said apparently. There is plenty of business employee parking a very short walk away. Please bring this to the attention of the employees and remind them to serve patrons first, not themselves. Consideration goes a long way. The public will be watching.

The attitudes of these employees are disgusting. Our order was wrong and when trying to explain they snatched the food back from us and looked disgusted. We then had to go back through the drive thru because my coffee had regular cream and sugar and not liquid sugar as asked. When we went through the drive thru, the same lady came to the window and had an attitude and tried saying they don’t make their iced coffees with liquid sugar. My cousin had an issue at this same location a few weeks ago. An employee told her to pull around to the door if she had a problem. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISGUSTING.

we got there at 8:50 not seeing what time it was just trying to grab some quick ice cream when the workers literally ran to the door to lock it when they saw us pulling in and started laughing … this dunkin employees are jokes and need to get a different job if they seem to hate there’s soo much. not to mention food from here always comes out tasting like crap and they can’t even make a simple drink there and the employees are darn right just dumb and rude and messy.

I used to love this place
Getting a special coffee and then going next door to the car wash was my special treat day
But lately I’ve been getting nothing but bad food lately
I have gotten multiple bad drinks over the last couple of months
Burnt hashbrowns and still frozen sandwiches and wraps and cold hashbrowns
I don’t like going back and getting stuff fixed but I have had to
I will not be going here again for a long time
In general I love Dunkin
But this one, currently, is a pass for me

I took my son to get ice cream yesterday. They had a picture on the menu of cotton candy so that is what we asked for. They didn’t have it. So he asked for cookies and cream. They didn’t have it. So he asked for vanilla. They didn’t have it. Finally his fourth choice of mint chocolate chip they had so we got that. I also got a dozen assorted donuts. I went to pay and was given the ice cream and was told thank you have a nice day. I asked her what about the donuts? So she hurried and got a dozen donuts. I was not told a total and was given no receipt. My son starts eating his ice cream and finds a long black hair in the bottom. We won’t be returning to this location.
