Came here for late lunch Tuesday—restaurant is pretty empty, got a booth. Food was good—highly recommend the Hot & Sour Soup and Peking Duck ($70), both delicious. However, the peking duck was sliced in front of us only the first layer and they took it back to the kitchen to finish cutting but came back with the duck meat soaked in some kind of sauce, which I didn’t like. The Seafood Pan Fried Noodle was decent, was a bit was bland. The Chinese Broccoli with Dried Fish was just okay.

First time trying this place. Walked in and waited 5 mins to be seated. Was Chinese new year week but not busy. Could have chosen a table and sat down but we waited. Got seated, took 5 minutes to give the order. Menu had items that was sold out on them with a label. What I ordered didn’t say sold out. But I ordered the duck noodle soup. The server said “we don’t have that”. So I was like “You don’t have it right now?”, it’s on the menu but she said they sold out of duck. Ok, so ordered the beef noodle soup, braised eggplant with garlic sauce and beef chow fun. Server mentioned that the eggplant was spicy, o asked for a less spicy, like a level 1. Server then said I don’t know your spice taste. Well I just said a 1. Overall, the food was good and was served family style, a good portion to share for 3 of us. Other patrons had it of to go boxes as well. During our wait for our food we saw the server packing another tables to go dishes so I thought it was fancy like that but we were handed the to go boxes to pack them ourself.
Food was ordered together but they didn’t come out together. Got the eggplant first, other tables were then served their dish, then 10mins later got the soup, then 5mins later got the chow fun. But it was a trickle of food being served it had time gaps in between each dish. Kind of weird.
Service is definitely lacking here. Don’t think I’ll be back just for the lack of service.

This place is authentic, the food temperature is perfect especially for slow eaters because it stays hot for a long time with the heated plates. Food is fresh and vibrant and the staff is beautiful & loving. Highly recommend this place.
The portions are big enough to share with two or three people.
They are also hosting monthly Business & Entrepreneurs elevation luncheons. First one on August 29th 2024 … No one leaves the elevation lunch the same. You will be better , improve your brand and have more customers. Great experience ..

This place only gets one star because it’s a good location in a nice part of town and the restaurant looks nice. The food is marginal at best. We went there and ordered the half roasted duck and it was all bones and the smaller parts of the duck. The breast was NOT included and neither were the larger parts of the thigh and drumstick. I could tell by the taste and size that they use the cheapest quality of duck available. The marinade tasted like it was out of a jar. We also ordered the deep fried pork shank and that too barely had any meat. The service was horrible. The deep fried shank arrived almost a half hour after the half roasted duck. Our server never came to check on us once after she served our food. I had to waive her over for more rice and two more times for more water and napkins. Every time I tried to waive her over she was on her phone. She had seemed annoyed every time we called her over. Horrible food and service. Especially given the price. If you want real Chinese food, go to Spring Mtn. Rd.

Came here with family for a birthday. Got a variety of dishes and they were pretty decent. I did find it a bit salty (as most Chinese dishes are) but overall, the price was good for the portion.

Satisfied our craving for Chinese food, but the XLB didn’t have a lot of soup inside it

The food here is delicious. I can taste the “wok hay” in the food which is a wonderful thing for Chinese cooking. We had the black bean clams, stir fried water spinach, walnut prawns and deep fried pork shank.

My kids wanted egg drop soup. We ordered egg flower soup, house fried rice and chow fun.
Service wasn’t great, had to ask for everything including water refills, silverware and condiments.
All the food was so bland. Had to add spice or soy to it all so it has a taste. The egg flower soup has tomatoes in it, weird and not tasty.
My kids did not enjoy the food.
With tip I spent over $55 for our 3 plain dishes. The price was too much for the taste of the food. The quantity was great however who wants more of a tasteless thing.
I must say they had a great variety of dishes and looking at the surrounding tables they look delicious. I didn’t order them because they were so expensive an average of 23 to $27 per dish. I believe they are for sharing but even still. I wondered if all of them just looked good and didn’t taste good so I won’t know because I probably won’t return.
