Southern Grace Manor is a gluten free brunch restaurant and an intimate event venue located in Maryville, Tennessee. It is on the same property as Southern Grace Coffee Co, where we bake our goodies and roast our organically sourced coffee. Both houses have so much to offer. Whether you’re getting ready to celebrate an upcoming wedding, or just meeting a friend for coffee and brunch, Southern Grace offers unending opportunities for gatherings of any size. The Manor also houses several businesses upstairs providing services ranging from Botox and facials, to hormone treatment, skin health and all things wellness. It’s the perfect spot for a spa day with coffee and brunch, and then enjoy the mature trees and historic property.

Excellent brunch location. The atmosphere was incredible! Each individual room of the house has tables. There is also outdoor seating. If you enter the side door you may miss the menu and ordering instructions so make sure to circle around to the front door on your first visit. We had a group of

I got the Donna’s Sampler Plate (I believe that is what it is called) and it was very good! Underneath the fried egg were some roasted veggies that tasted great. I love that everything is gluten free. It was also nice that we had our own room since we had three kids. I’m very excited to come back! It was a very enjoyable experience!

Great food and service! This was my first time trying Southern Grace for a Saturday brunch and I could not have been more pleased with my experience. I decided to try the Waffle Board and Smoky Mountain Sunset. It came out very fast and I enjoyed the meal. I love that you can choose your own seating within the manor. We chose to sit in the study! The staff was amazing! We interacted with three different team members and each one was as sweet as can be. I’ll definitely be back!

I. worked with Brenda to plan a baby shower at Southern Grace Manor. I used the Dogwood Room and hosted 12 ladies. I preordered Berry Boards and ordered drinks as our guests arrived. Our shower started at 10 and I had asked for food to start at 10:15 – they were right on time with hot , fresh food. The food was delicious- most of the plates were completely cleaned . The atmosphere reminded us of an old fashioned tea room. Perfect place for a small baby or wedding shower !!

My friends and family go to Southern Grace Manor for brunch or lunch once or more weekly. It’s the absolute Best Place Ever. I Love everything about Southern Grace Manor. Amazing place!! Food and coffee are amazing! Staff are very friendly and respectful! And such a blessing they provide great tasting food options for my wife that has a gluten allergy! I ordered a gluten free Key Lime pie for my wife’s birthday and it was amazing! Better than any that I have had including not gluten free and I have vacationed in the Keys! Thanks for making my wife’s birthday special. First time she was able to enjoy key lime pie since she was diagnosed 3 years ago! Highly recommend even without gluten allergy…the food is just amazing!

The place is beautiful and cozy, but the food and service is definitely not worth it.
Coffee came way earlier than food, and by the time the food was ready, we had no coffee left. Americano coffee was good.
They served chips along with my sandwich that was bagged ships, not fresh at all. The cheese on my sandwich was not even melted
Biscuit and eggs were the smallest thing we ever saw and biscuit was not well baked.
Hope they can improve the service because they have a beautiful place set up.

Went for breakfast at noon on a Sunday. Not very busy, plenty of tables available. This restaurant is in a very large house with plenty of rooms – some small, some large. I love places like this. The service model is almost fast-casual. On weekends, you go up to the counter to order, you get coffee from a container and your napkins and real silverware from a table. But they bring food and bus your table.
Having been told this place has the absolute best biscuits and gravy in town, I ordered that and a coffee. Coffee was a little better than average for a restaurant but not of the caliber of a good coffee shop. Maybe they use different coffee than the nearby coffee shop that shares their name. I roast my own coffee so I am pretty spoiled on decent joe.
Biscuits are gluten free, along with the rest of the menu. I’ve never had gluten free bread of any kind and I never will again. It was terrible. The gravy OTOH was wonderful. Needed more seasoning, but the consistency was perfect. It had plenty of good sausage.
For people avoiding gluten, this may be a good option. But I probably won’t be back.

My husband and I come here all the time for their amazing food and coffee. We just had our baby shower here Saturday and they were absolutely wonderful. I really can’t say enough about how kind and great the staff is. Always a 10/10 place and very happy to hold a special moment for us there!
