Let’s start with staff. 100/10 rating! Dani made us feel right at home from the very begging tagged along with Dylan freshly shucking our oysters and Stu throwing it down on the grill.
Tarks is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly you can tell they care about their guests. The atmosphere is laid-back and fun, perfect for a casual night out.
But let’s talk about the wings… WOW. Some of the best wings I’ve ever had crispy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection with just the right amount of sauce. You can tell they take pride in what they serve.

This American seafood restaurant is an absolute gem! What makes it so fantastic is the atmosphere: genuinely frank and easygoing. The counter seating is the best part.

Definitely a hidden gem! Staff are the absolute nicest and really hard working. Seafood is the best in Florida. My son would like to add that the burgers are equally as good. Just delicious! Don’t underestimate this place!

It’s was my first time at this place and tbh it’s was horrible experience to me and my friend who tried oysters for the first time. That’a wasn’t the experience I wished for him…
I ordered 6 raw oysters which is wasn’t bad, but I found freaking dead baby crabs inside lol. When I brought the plate with it no one even said anything.
Also ordered 2 portions of cooked oysters which tasted more like butter than like oyster but it’s wasn’t my main concern. Main concern is the shells that’s been killing me the whole time. There are small and big pieces that could cut your throat/stomach etc.
Also some of them didn’t have oyster meet inside and they just covered it with Parmesan and butter thinking I would not notice? Ha-ha-ha
I didn’t enjoy the seafood at all!!!
The only thing was good and made me at least a little less hungry is mozzarella sticks and cosla salad.
Also it’s nice and quiet outside but it’s doesn’t help the situation and food quality.
To be completely honest my mom recommended this place convinced me they have everything fresh and I was very disappointed by my experience today. I expected much more care about the food and also about the clients paying a lot of money to enjoy not to get organs cuts.

The food is amazing. Everything is a hit, but my favorite is the fried shrimp. Leonard and Stephanie were great host and chef. I will always come back here when I visit Florida from California. My number 1 go to spot.

I stopped here on a Monday evening after fishing at the pier and OMG my seafood craving was satisfied. I’m so glad I found this place!! The steamed shrimp was so good. The mixed butter sauce was phenomenal. The famous Tark style wings were bussing. The service and prices were great. The staff was friendly. You can see them cooking most of your food in front of you. It’s a cute little spot thats definitely worth stopping in if you’re in town.
