I’ve been going here for years, in the last year I’ve been going less and less. This DD is focused solely on the drive thru and mobile orders. God forbid you walk inside to place an order. YOU HAVE TO FIND SOMEONE TO TAKE YOUR ORDER. The only time anyone waits on you in a timely manner is when the managers/bosses are there. My drink is MESSED UP more than it’s made correct. These drinks are too expensive to be messed up almost everytime. Isabella is the only one who can make my drink correctly and it’s not even a coffee, it’s a REFRESHER. After i said hello three times, the person on the window said we will me with you in a few as Id been stsbding thetr two mins with not one persons acknowledgement. I will not be returning for more bad service and incorrect drinks.

Service was good, the lady that helped us was really sweet! Loaded hashbrowns were a bit underwhelming and definitely not worth almost 5 bucks, but otherwise everything was great 🙂

Unfortunately, not a very pleasant experience due to the fact that the person serving the donuts this morning was extremely rude. I went through the drive-through and ordered 24 donuts. They heard 24 donut holes when I corrected him and told him no that’s not what I asked, for he gave attitude and then asked me to pull forward and when he brought me the donuts, there was no have a good day you’re welcome. He just handed it and walked away as he’s speaking underneath, his breath, not very welcoming and the coffee is never made right always to watery has no taste. I hate this, but Dunkin’ Donuts feels like it’s going downhill.

Customer service SUCKS at this location
We haven’t been to this location before and did a mobile drive thru pick up. We couldn’t find the menu board anywhere so we just pulled around the building until we found the window. As we approached the window this guy name frank who works there started yelling at us and being completely disrespectful and yelling at us to pull to the menu board in the back( again we didn’t know where it was) that conversation could of gone a whole lot better if he just showed us some kindness. Do better frank

Everything tasted great – and I spilled a few drips of coffee on my white shirt went up to the counter (really just hoping, knowing they probably wouldn’t) asked if have any vinegar or baking soda, they didn’t but after I came back from the bathroom this girl behind the counter let me use her TIDE PEN. Lifesaver. 100/10 customer service – shout out to her

I’ve been to this Dunkin twice to the drive through. First time the lady was so rude! There was no one inside and I was the only car in the drive through. 1 min sitting there and no one greeted. I said hello again, and the lady replied ” I told you to wait a minute” with a super attitude. I just said thanks and drove away.
I just gave them a second chance and regret it. Again, took forever to greet. Asked for 2 coffees and paused to choose a donut. Told her “can I also get…” and couldn’t finish because she rudely said “ma’am you said that was it and I already closed your order” . I’ve never been treated so rudely at any drive through. AND she got our order wrong. 2 simple coffees, she got it wrong. Can’t believe she still has a job. Honestly, please get a job that is not customer facing. This is not for you.

I came in on this fine morning today I’m hoping to get a delicious frozen coffee to please my needs. as soon as I ordered I asked for a frozen coffee and a doughnut and in return I got an iced coffee so I talk to the people they said they were sorry and made me a frozen coffee. Come to find out it was just ice and water that looked like frozen coffee. Why would you do this to me. where are the flavors that I craved? I gave it two stars just because the donut was good.
