Absolutely the best Mexican bakery around. Drove one hour to come here and will keep doing so. The massive calabaza empanadas are delicious, the bread is fluffy, light and the filling is not too sweet and not too bland. All the bread from here is excellently crafted. Highly recommend this bakery.

I used to love this bakery. Now the conchas are smaller than they used to be and tatse different. These conchas are smaller than the typical concha and I felt fooled. They no longer have the conchas out where you can grab them but in the back where you have to request them. The bag the conchas came in got greasy which has never happened to me. Also their bolio is super greasy. I didn’t even know it was possible to mess up bolio until today.

I use to visit this place, not anymore.. only when I have out of town family that really want mexican bread. I was once a customer, then went next door to buy flowers and they didnt have change. So I went back to see if they could break a 20, she said no cause she would be out of change. I said I was just a customer there.. she didn’t so I was forced to purchase another piece of bread and pay with the 20, and she was then forced to provide change.. she wasn’t happy about it. Wont go back for sure

IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS, I GO ABOUT 2/3 TIMES A MONTH AND GET BREAD, THIS LAST TIME I WENT AFTER WORK I GOT THE FRESH MADE CONCHAS. TO MY SURPRISE WHEN I GOT HOME THE CHOCOLATE CONCHAS WERE ALL RAW SO I TOOK A PICTURE OF THEM THINKING NEXT TIME I WENT I COULD SHOW THEM PICTURE AND THEY WOULD JUST REPLACE THE BREAD FOR ME BUT THE GIRLS IN THERE WERE RUDE AND TELL ME I SHOULD HAVE SAVED THE BREAD EVEN IF IT WAS A WEEK LATER AND TOOK IT BACK SO THEY CAN VERIFY THE BREAD WAS FROM THERE.
