On our way home, we decided to grab dinner. We searched for a food truck near us and stumbled upon Taquizas El Primo. The torta was incredibly delicious and incredibly filling. The location was convenient, and the service was great. The red sauce was just the right amount of spicy and packed with flavor.

My husband and I decided to try a new taco truck tonight. So I did a search for taco trucks near me, and found Taquizas el Primo. The whole atmosphere is welcoming and friendly, we loved the music. The service is amazing, they’re so friendly and fun. The food is hands down the best street tacos (asada y pastor), quesadillas (pollo), and tortas (chorizo y asada mix) from any taco truck we’ve been to in Salt Lake County, and we’ve been to a lot. Their menu has quite a few choices, we’re excited to try more! We will definitely be sending our family and friends there. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I visited on a Tuesday so I tried their tacos special.I am not sure but their tortillas taste as if they are homemade!
The five tacos tasted great and my favorite was the Tacos Al Pastor. I was greeted nicely and their service is great. They have a canopy and tables and that is a good plus.
Food is good and place as clean as can be.
I am definitely coming back.

We had “taquizas el primo” as our private caterer at our daughter’s wedding this past weekend and let me tell you how incredible and delicious their tacos and services are! We booked a 4 hour package where they came set up and prepared a variety of tacos and aguas frescas for our group of 250!, everyone raved about it and we couldn’t be happier with the decision to have them as part of our family celebration, Best tacos in the state of Utah!

Victor does a great job with the food. Everything is very flavorful, especially the chorizo and carnitas. I’ve gotten burritos, tortas, and tacos and everything has been phenomenal. The tortas and burritos are really big, and the pricing very good. Nice little sitting area as well just in front.
