Horrible customer service…
Older Hispanic lady maybe in 30s always having a bad day and a bad attitude towards guest.
If you don’t want to work there find a different job. Easy!
Ordered the “asada burrito supreme” last 3 visits and received only the regular burrito. No extras that’s I paid for. As well as not receiving the correct meat.

Wasn’t horrible but wasn’t good as well. The enchiladas looked as if they were de mole, tasted subpar, would recommend that if you decided to come put some of the red/ orange salsa that’s by the chips, improved taste drastically.
The tortas however were a bit worse, although they had plentiful amount of meat, you got disgusted by it quickly because rather than using mayonnaise for the bread they seemed to have used grease instead, it as well lacked any sour cream.
Then again this is my opinion, you can go eat here if you would like to.

My wife and I stopped here on a road trip. Customer service was great. My pork Torta was good BUT the chicken in my wife’s fajitas was bad. Neither one of us could eat it. The chicken was chewy and stringy.

Wow! I ordered the carne asada plate. The most delicious meal in town by far. I received 3 big tender pieces of carne asada. Extremely good rice and thick refried beans. Some grilled onion slices and grilled pepper. A lime slice with a little lettuce. Totally great meal as well as the requested flour tortillas. Thanks for a great dinner! Juan Ramirez

Today I ordered carry out and when I lifted the food of the table the contents in the bag were not assembled correctly and my food spilled. The gal took it, cleaned it and brought it back and gave me 1/3 of the food. I asked why the cup wasn’t filled and she said that’s all I was getting and said she would charge 4.00 more to replace the food! This is extremely poor service and why wouldn’t take responsibility for not packing it correctly. Very disappointed!! -5 stars for service

I’ve been going to this place for years and it has been going downhill for a while now. I still went because there are a few things I still liked. But tonight I had one of the worst dining experiences ever! I went in with my family and when one of us ordered enchiladas with only cheese, it was still brought to us with meat, we asked for them to change it and after a very pregnant and snooty “waitress” argued to even take the food back. Then enchiladas were brought to us with only cheese but it still wasn’t good at all.
When we were finished I was trying to pay and I was told we were going to be charged for the first plate of enchiladas, that was fine I had no problem with paying for it (even though it wasn’t eaten) but it was a different woman trying to tell us how she “cant lose the enchiladas” then asks if I want to take them. If I didn’t want them the first time why are you trying to make me take them??
Then this irate “waitress” comes flying out of the back practically yelling at us that we ordered the food wrong. What the cause of this was I still have no idea, I never said I wanted anything for free or that I wasn’t going to pay. I was just trying to pay my bill and was attacked by two girls who have no idea how the food industry works. I will never return to this place. Horrid service, mediocre food, all accompanied with outlandish pricing.
P.S. You should talk quieter in the back about your customers so they can’t hear you!

Little high price wise but hands down the best taco/burrito I’ve had in Washington state.
Bad side is that the food took a long time to come out and they need to install more fans in there it gets hot inside during the summer and I spend too much money on cold beer.

The service was friendly and they willingly described the dishes to a new comer. The burrito was generously filled with several meats and seasonings, not to mention that it’s easily 2 meals worth of food.
