Great Texas BBQ, no sauce needed! The ribs, brisket, smoked all-beef sausage links, and pulled pork were all very moist and flavorful. The smoked beans were awesome and the baked mac and cheese had a nice kick to ’em. Good portion size.

ICT Smokehouse has made me a believer in Texas Style BBQ! The Smoked Salmon was dry-rubbed to Perfection! I didn’t try the ribs, but they look just as good. I Loved the Smoked Chicken too.

Just moved to Wichita from Kansas City and trying to find some good BBQ has been a challenge. I’m happy to find this place – this Texas style BBQ is definitely on par with the best of KC!
Brisket and pulled pork were amazing and potato salad and beans were top notch. Put a sandwich on the menu with pulled pork and topped with slaw and I’ll be there all the time!

I grabbed lunch from Smokehouse ICT for our office today. As advertised, the brisket and pulled pork were tender and delicious and the sausages we just the right amount of heat. One of the surprise favorites though were the baked beans (which I personally am normally not a big fan of). Service was friendly and seemed to treat everyone around like he’d known them for years. We’ll be back!

This is real black BBQ. You cannot get better. The smoky smell was wonderful. The chef has a truly unique potato salad. The Mac and Cheese was just like my mother made. Where have you been. Patronize this place so it will stay around.

Theres a lot of hyoe surrounding this place. Let me tell you its well earned. The food is very good, everyone there is super approachable and fun to talk to. I got brisket, pulled porked and smoked sauasage with potato salad and mac n cheese as sides. Plenty of food, sides were very good. I must add potato salad is made there not that store bought trash people try to pass off as potato salad. There would be photos if I hadnt eaten like a wild animal that’s never had smoked meats before.

Came in today to try em out. Had the smoked sausage, brisket and a slab of ribs. The meat was moist, tender and has a great smoked flavor. Thank you Phil and Chris it was excellent.
