Tried this place out today for lunch! After hearing so many raving reviews! This place did not disappoint. Tried their chicken tacos shredded on corn shells, and a side of rice! It was flavorful, and their red salsa and green salsa are absolutely amazing! It really added to the flavor of the rice and tacos! They lived up to the hype! Give this place a try!

The food truck was good, but not as flavorful as we expected from the photos. We tried Nachos Carbon, 3 Birria Taco meal, and the Carne Asada meal. The birria and asada were both very oily and the flavors were not very rich and a little bland. Not bad, and better than others, but not amazing. The flavors didn’t pop like we expected. Maybe nees salt? The nachos were very flavorful. The combination of flavors from the toppings were on point. My guess is they are catering to a diverse crowd and toning things down a bit. Not many authentic places offer a hot and mild sauce. BTW the hot (red) sauce is on fire… literally.. and the mild (green) sauce was very good. The parking lot they are in and the couple picnic tables in the sun make for a less than atmospheric experience. Overall, not bad.

So happy I came to this place! I had been craving birria tacos and this was an amazing choice! Crispy and great proportions. I had the mild salsa and thought it was good! I wish they had a red salsa to try. There are a few picnic tables but they are not very maintained! I usually wipe it down before eating there. Esquites are a must!

Me and my girlfriend absolutely love taquero mucho, I asked her where she wanted to go for her bday and she said here, birria tacos are big and filling, rice and beans are delicious and even the sauces are delicious, the foods always hot, service always respectful and positive, their birria tacos are the best in Lansing in my opinion, not those small birria tacos you get at a any other Mexican restaurant.

While visiting the Lansing area I stumbled on this amazing food truck. I asked the guy in front of me if the food was worth the wait in single digit temperatures, and he said “Hell ya”! No need to wait outside, though, cuz they brought the food to my warm car. I could hardly wait to get to my hotel to dig in, but the wait was worth it. Absolutely delicious, but if you feel like you need a bit more flavor, a green sauce and a red sauce comes with the order. Thanks for a great meal!

Great food! Authentic and so good. The salsa in all of its forms was amazing! Flautas were off the charts delicious. The star was the chips though. Seems basic but these were no ordinary chips! Homemade goodness, I could eat a bag by myself! Worth a stop per week at least!

BEST BIRRA TACOS IN TOWN. Rice and beans the best I’ve had over any restaurant. I’m so glad they were open today. Wonderful food and great service. Loved the nachos, the salsas are both delicious. Be aware that they are both hot, wife wasn’t able to enjoy the chips and salsa due to heat level. However if you want good street food this is a fantastic location!
