Really disappointed! I moved to Pasadena a year ago and this was the spot to go to with my kids for food and ice cream. I went in today and saw a sign on the table about a “Jarrito preparado” and once he said he had guava I was like yes! Everything was going well the server was very attentive and nice. I took a few sips and there it was a freaking roach in my drink!!! I was so disgusted, I wanted to throw up! My boyfriend immediately waved down the server and cancelled our food order and we left.

Chips – paid for a bag of chips but didn’t receive it
Tostadas – ordered this but was sent tortillas instead

This was a delivery order. I called to inform them of the mishaps but no one ever answered the phone. It was my first and last experience with this restaurant.

Food was excellent only thing that got me was the customer service. I had to buy a plate I didn’t order that was already made. I stated that I didn’t order it she was determined that I did so I just said to but it in a togo bag. She even showed me the menu and was I guess “teaching me” how to read. So yeah nope I guess I would eat the food but not going back there anytime soon. So my family time was disturbed by a inaccurate server situation.

I found this place maybe 2 weeks ago and I’ve ordered from here for my family maybe 6x now The food is DELICIOUS. I’ve lived in Monterrey Mexico on and off again for most of my childhood, so I know authentic food and I can highly recommend this place! 10/10 stars for the amazing fresh food and the great service every single time. We ordered last night for dinner and my 6 year old wanted breakfast so we got the $2.50 kids breakfast and they even made it a little bear for her and she hasnt stopped talking about it Muchas gracias por siempre cocinar nuestra comida con tanto amor y cariño cada vez ❤️

They do not have white corn, they say it was white corn but it was sweet corn.They do not used the cheese for corn. And do not put chili in the corn. I did not like the corn because it was not white corn, they lie. THe employees are nice. But please do not lie about the whte corn.
