The last two times I’ve ordered from here they will not honor the prices on the menu on the wall. The entire attraction to this place are the prices but after you order your food they have an entire other price list they do not share so every order has an extra cost to it where I feel ripped off. I ordered dinner for my friend group a few days ago, and I’m still thinking about how good the food was! Definitely recommend getting some guacamole and chips – fresh ingredients and authentic. And a good amount of food for the price.

I come here several times a week since I’m in the neighborhood and it’s the perfect small family owned Mexican place grounded in serving the community good and affordable food.
It’s not on the menu (or at least, I didn’t see it), but I highly recommend the chile rellenos if you aren’t feeling your more typical gorditas or tacos. Also, knowing a bit of Spanish before coming here will help out but it’s not required.
