Ordered caldo de res (beef soup). The meat served appeared to be pork; pale meat with translucent, gelatinous fat/skin, which is not typical of beef. When I asked about it, staff insisted it was beef and refused to believe me when I said it didn’t resemble beef.
This is especially concerning for anyone with dietary restrictions, allergies, or religious requirements. Mislabeling meat like this could be harmful. Posting so others can make an informed choice.

Very good Tex-Mex restaurant that has that homey feel. I had the chicken enchiladas with sour cream sauce and the wife had the carne guisada. Both were very good. The chicken enchiladas were stuffed full of chicken meat and the wife brought more than half of hers home in a to-go box. I believe our price for two dinner plates, before tip, with two iced teas was about $40. Chips and salsa are complimentary and the salsa was really good but may be too hot for some people but I liked it a lot. The server girl was really nice and checked on us several times. Good food, fair prices, and friendly staff. What more could you ask for? Go Rangers!

This place was absolutely delicious. I ordered the jalapeño fish or the number 62 on the menu. My wife ordered the number 52 which was called the strike two. We both tried each other’s food and both loved our own and each other’s food. I told her this might be the only restaurant that makes better chili rellenos than her. This is definitely a hidden gem of Cleburne!

Not exactly what I expected. I ordered fish and expected a filet, but got an entire fish. See pics. But it was actually very good. Cooked too perfection and tasted great!

Was in town from Fort Worth. And wanted Mexican food. We googled Mexican restaurant and this place popped up. We decided to go. Their weren’t any cars out front. We went in and most of the tables were full. We ordered tacos and chicken tortilla soup. Everything tastes amazing we loved the food. and it’s 45 minute drive but we will be back! Highly recommend

$4.10 for tea. Extra charges for bfast ordered after 12. Not disclosed ANYWHERE. extra charges on CC also not disclosed. $15 plates that might be worth 8.99. Told the staff you have to disclose this information. They shrugged and just wanted the money. $60 for 4 people and all ordered water is a ripoff. Not worth it and especially the ripping off by Not disclosing.
