Bottom of the grapevine, just before you go up, seems like this is a major truck stop area. The restaurant was sort of clean, the order attendant did a really good job of understanding our order. There was nothing out of the ordinary, typical fast food fare. Really enjoyed their blackened chicken sandwich.

Horrible customer. The employees had an attitude. They seem to not want to work. Very slow. When I got my order the female worker that gave me my food put it in a tray when the receipt clearly stated it was a takeout order. I let her know and she gave a dirty look and pointed at the bags and told me to bag my own order. The problem wasn’t her telling me to bag my order, (which is her job) but the way she talked to me. She gave me attitude for her mistake.

It’s in a big gas station and it shares tables with 4 other places so it’s a bit noisy but it’s a truck stop so what do people expect? I got the regular chicken sandwich and it was delicious, the service was good.

This visit was very upsetting. The one star is for the chicken. The customer service was bad. Trash was piled up and tables were dirty. The employee was calling my name even as he saw me walking up. After I grabbed my food and made it back to our table (the cleanest we can find). I noticed he didn’t put the napkins, sporks, and sauce we asked for in the bag.

I’ve been here twice on my way back from Los Angeles. The first time was great, but the second time was horrible. My sandwich was the saltiest thing I had ever had in my entire life. I couldn’t even return it because I had already driven 30 minutes. Made me stomach turn for most of the drive back home.

Coming from the bay area, this one is the only consistently good Popeyes. At other locations, sometimes the food isn’t always good but everytime we pass through the grapevine this location is always great. Staff is also always nice & attentive. No bay area attitude.

They were out of all sides except fries, I didn’t eat here after trying to order. BlackBear Diner is right beside this restaurant and it was very good. Highly recommend the BlackBear Diner.
