I went for a birthday celebration and they were very welcoming with all my guest, making sure that everything was okay and we enjoyed it. The server was also very attended. They were speaking about renovations and I’m excited to see what’s to come for them.

So I went in late around 9pm and there was no one in here except 1 other person. I was skeptical because of the reviews and I’m guessing that’s why people weren’t in here. I ordered the street tacos with bistec and for $10.99 it was a good choice. I thought it was flavored well and it came fresh with grilled onions cilantro and lime. The charro beans were also very good too. Finished the entire plate. Their green sauce is also good. I would order this again. I will say the margarita I ordered was awful – would not order it again. It tasted like non alcohol margarita mix from the store. Not good and wasn’t even sure if it had alcohol in it.

The fact that no one else was in the restaurant on a Saturday night should have been a sign…. Only having lime margaritas on the rocks should have been a sign too. The food was actually decent but the price did not match the menu afterwards. We asked for two Coke and a lemonade. On the menu they had a 16oz for $2 and 18oz for $2.something. But they brought out bottle cokes they had already openned and charged us $4 each. The lemonade also wasn’t refill and came out to $5

Food was flavorless. The menu was somewhat limited. prices do NOT match the quality of the food. when we had our food a relative complained that it was “Sour”. upon getting my burrito with shrimp, the shrimp was cold. and the burrito its self was flavorless. Charging $4 for cokes is outrageous btw lmao. and the place over all just wasnt presentable.

This place has great breakfast tacos. They are pretty fast and definitely a good price. The tortillas are fresh, the eggs are always cooked nicely and the creamy green salsa is so good! It’s rarely busy in the morning and the waitresses are always kind

If I can I will put zero stars. I ordered two tacos of birria. The meat was dry and hard to eat. I showed and told the manager. She said they cannot do anything since is already in the computer. She recommended me to order different meat but I have to pay it. I asked to replaced the one I eat the tortilla but the meat I put it on the napkins. I asked her to cut small pieces and she said will not make a difference. She said they can’t, just keep talking excusing herself, they don’t care at all their customers. When we go to a restaurant we pay for the food that should be eatable and taste good. I don’t come often and will not come again.
Update: when we went to the cashier to pay. My husband told the lady what happened and we don’t agree to pay. The lady brought the same lady that said is the manager. My husband explained we don’t agree to pay for something we didn’t eat and didn’t want it to fix. She went away and came with a new ticket, she deducted the tacos from the bill. I’m wondering if because my husband is white she decided at the end to do the right thing but told me several times she cannot change what is in the computer. Anyway we’re not coming again to eat here.

I have come to this place more than a couple times and have walked into an OPEN door with people in the restaurant just for them to tell me “NO , SORRY”
I have walked in 3 separate times made eye contact and watch as the cashier/server walk away and serve someone else. Mind you I walk up here because it’s the only place on my street open once I get home work. I literally just left about ten minutes ago … and could hear the grill.

10 out of 10! I’m very picky about menudo. Cause it was something my grandma from Mexico used to make me when I was little, and this one comes very close. Best I’ve tried in spring branch so far!
