Quality of the food could have been better, service was not great at all either. If you’re looking for quesabirrias highly recommend going to manor for that. When we tried to order mini tacos they only have a selection of meat they let you order so make sure to ask what the selection of meats before ordering mini tacos

We stopped here on a whim and it was the BEST decision. Huge portion sizes, big drinks and the flavors were incredible. Everything was so fresh and flavorful. Even the Agua Frescas lemonade tasted fresh squeezed.

I’ve lived in this town for over 18 years, taco trucks come and go, but the flavor from this place is amazing! It’s small but family owned they really give it their everything and you can tell. 100/100, totally recommend their sopes, the gringas and tacos! I don’t typically like Agua de Jamaica but their aguas frescas are top tier! Coming from a ATX girly who’s a taco lover, this is by far my favorite place here in Elgin.

This used to be my favorite spot to come to because the carne asada was excellent. I’m not sure if they changed vendors or are buying cheaper meat but it is EXTREMELY fatty. I’m talking 75% of the meat in the taco is inedible, stringy, fat chunks of “meat”. I ordered 6 tacos and after picking out the inedible fat I was able to make 2 tacos of edible meat.
Aside from this the service is terrible. The young man at the window acts bothered every time you go up to order. No greeting, no customer service, he just pauses watching YouTube, grabs his pen & paper and stares at you. I’ve had much better interactions with the woman who I assume is the owner but I haven’t seen her around the last few times I’ve gone. They also are very stingy with the sauces they give you. I got 3 sauces (2 green 1 red) and it was 80% air and maybe 20% sauce. It’s ridiculous just don’t give sauce out if you’re going to do that.
Extremely disappointing because Elgin’s food options are very limited. Will not be coming back until the quality of the food and the customer service improves.
