Best carne asada tacos in this neighborhood. Trust me I live nearby and across the street from a diff taco shop (el Tapatio). I pass it to go to Pueblo Nuevo because the carne asada is better quality and better cooked.

Got my order to go. So the service and atmosphere may not be accurate. Guy at the counter was friendly. Ordered 5 tacos and burrito. The tacos were asada and the meat was pretty much unseasoned. The burrito had paper inside of it. We are from out of town but are in Burbank once a month. Not coming back. Thanks ✌️

We tried the Menudo from this place. It was very salty and it had a gross smell. We didn’t want any pata de rez in it but they still put it in. We called to tell them about our bad experience and how the food was not good. the woman who answered gaslighted me and told me “that’s not how it tasted to us.” She didn’t even say sorry she just said “oh well.” It is disappointing to spend money one something that had to go in the trash. This happened today 8/21/2022. Horrible customer service.

Ambiance is basic. Place seemed clean. Service: you order your food at the counter and pick it up at a window. Seating is limited. I tried the shrimp taco combination. It tasted good. They have plenty of other options such as burritos and quesadillas. I’d eat here again.

This place was the worst customer service. Me and my family came and the register lady was giving us attitude when we were ordering Our food. She was being impatient. In the end she did not give us our receipt and did not ask if we wanted our receipt to be nice. We sat down and the waitress was giving us faces because we sat on the wrong side of the restruant. The food was not so great the meat was over cooked and the salsa tasted like water.

I had a really bad experience in this place they have 2 places where you sit and for tacos they charged almost $100 dollars they took advantage, and when we took a sit we ask the server if it was the same price if we would sit there and she said yes.. the food wasn’t good at all the salsa was nasty.. just be careful they take advantage of there customers the server wants to sit you down on the side they charge more..
