Saw their TikTok and decided to give it a try. The server was very gracious and attentive. Para comenzar nos dio unos frijoles charros with a salsa platter and toasty tortillas. I decided to try the Dogo which is a loaded hotdog, it was delicious and my boyfriend tried the tacos sudados that were delicious as well both came with a side of grilled onion.

Today, we had the chance to try out this restaurant, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The place was very clean and quiet, almost too quiet. A little background music would help create a better atmosphere and avoid awkward silence.
The food was great, but one thing I didn’t like was receiving my meal in separate parts at different times. The beans lacked flavor and salt, and both mine and my husband’s servings were more liquid than beans. Additionally, the waiter never came to check if we needed anything, which would have improved our experience.
I hope these small things can be adjusted in the future because the restaurant has a lot of potential. Wishing your business the best!

It’s a cozy little place but tacos light where nothing but fat when theyre supposed to be no fat. The burger was the size of a .99 cent cheeseburger. Waitress could not keep up with me and my wife, a father and his son, & another couple then 9 more people arrived and she totally crumbled. Then to top it off no receipt so no idea what they charged so pay attention to prices before ordering.

The place is very modest and needs maintenance. The tacos try to be in the Nuevo Leon style, but they’re not. The music is too loud, and you can’t have a conversation. The flavor and portions are decent, but they’re definitely not the best tacos in the RGV. Prices are ok and according to the place.

Got fajita with guacamole tacos and the meat was pretty much the fat of the fajita and look at the amount of the guacamole. The tortilla was hard and was given an onion just wrapped in aluminum. The food was huge fail .

The reason we visited this place was by seeing a video on social media that made it looked appetizing, my friend and I decided to give it a try.
We both ordered the plato mixto, which is two tacos and the two tostadas with cheese, a papa con carne, and two Mexican cokes for a total of $39.
They provide salsas and a small cup of beans.
The food itself, the meat had okay flavor but the quality was not there. It was half meat and half fat. Maybe I’m wrong, but I don’t think this is part of a Nuevo León method of cooking, I ended up spending most of the time taking the fat out of the food. If this what is being served for that price, I would not come back.
Service, this varies a bit, when we got there a table left, and one remained. After that, a few more groups came in quickly filling up all six tables, including ourselves, that they have inside along with two more tables that are outside. In general, everyone had to wait quite a while for the food but I felt bad for a dad and daughter that waited almost two hours for just one order to-go.
Atmosphere, it’s a cute place. Small tables with wooden chairs. Cute decorations and signs. It did get quite warm sitting inside, it might’ve been cooler to sit outside, even in May during the evening.
Maybe it was an off day, a few people complained while we were there. Drinks weren’t cold. Way too much fat in the meat. Service could’ve been more attentive. It was expensive for the quality.
