Overall, Mito’s is one of the best taco trucks I have ever been to. It is truly a hidden gem, and I think everyone needs to try it at least once. It’s exactly like the places people always rave about saying “taco trucks are where the best food is.” They have great food and cheap prices.
However, I can only give you my personal experience. I go to Mito’s around once a week in the mornings before lunch (9-10am). I usually get barbacoa for my meat and I have never eaten there on the weekends though, since they are open in the evenings and not the mornings.

The absolute best tacos around! I love the barbacoa tacos (of course) and don’t forget the napolitos! Always so fresh, love love love the green salsa. My husband isn’t a big taco guy, but really likes Mito’s tacos. And the service is always amazing!

One of my favorite places in town for breakfast burritos. The tortillas are soft and delicious, combuned with eggs, meat and cheese they are just the right size to get the day started. I love their green (verde) sauce and the red (rojo) is also great, both are the perfect level of hot but not overpowering.
I have yet to come by for lunch or dinner, so for me this is my breakfast spot when I’m in the area. I’m told that their lunch and dinner is also great.
This is a food trailer, but they have a nice big outdoor pavilion with picnic tables for you to eat at and the seating area is nice and clean.
They accept Cash, Venmo and Cashapp, but no cards so come prepared.

I have been going here for a while now, and I have to say they have some of the best food I have ever had in Longview. I would highly recommend their street tacos with the grill cactus and serrano peppers. Their Steak Torta and Burrito is also fantastic.
