Couldn’t pass on the picture of the chill verde chimichanga. The place is low key, clean, nice people. The chips and salsa are delicious. Horchata was great
e. The chimi was enormous, pretty good.
It could be more crispy on outside and a bit more seasoning inside.
I’d easily come here again or regularly.

I usually go to San Rafael, but I accidentally ordered take out for this location. The website does not say the bowlrrito comes with lettuce, and my bowl was stacked with lettuce. I then get home and realize there is no avocado or beans, in which I paid extra for. Just chicken, rice, lettuce and pico de gallo. The food tasted nothing like San Rafael’s Mi Pueblo. No salsa on the side either… San Rafael always puts salsa and chips without asking.

I am a big fan of the taco wraps here, street-size tacos served on crispy iceberg lettuce instead of a tortilla. Chicken, fish, veggie and shrimp are excellent. And the burritos and burrito bowls can be ordered with fajita vegetables which is a nice option. They have an excellent fresh salsa bar too. Three metal tables for outdoor seating or comfortable indoor seating available. Service is very friendly inside or out, or for to go orders. Very fortunate to have Mi Pueblo here!

Everything we had here was so yummy and the service friendly. My husband said the mole is the best he’s had, his fajitas were deliciously seasoned and served in a generous portion. I had a chile verde chimichanga and it was massive and massively good. Possibly my favorite salsa too!

Been eating there 30 years and loved it, but won’t go back.
Saturday 9/27/25 ordered fish tacos – the fish was rubbery and not fresh – I got sick for over 24 hours btw.
Asked for corn tortillas – got “crispy” ones that tasted from a box.
They no longer serve fresh chopped salsa…
The refried beans tasted old and nasty.
I brought a friend and bragged about the food…. oh well.
I know it’s a hard to time to run a restaurant.
Good luck to them.

Been eating here for the better part of 20 years or more, off and on. After covid and now near 6 years later, prices do not reflect the lack of flavor. Steak is bland and fatty. Saying you’d like salsa and guacamole on the side, and then returning home to find you got neither, makes it even more disappointing. A $21 burrito it is NOT.

Large portions, delicious food, amazing service. Burritos are massive and 2 meals. Carnitas tacos are excellent. Space is small and can get crowded. Salsa bar has good variety and tasty.

Genuinely one of the worst burritos I’ve eaten. 90% beans and rice with a small amount of meat. I ordered Guac and was charged extra for it, and had 2 bites of Guac in the whole burrito. Go next door or elsewhere if you are craving a burrito.

Three carnitas tacos, chips and salsa cost $13.40. The tacos tasted good, but OMG they were freaking tiny. This place has a lot of nerve to charge high prices and give you really small portions. Seriously, the tacos were so small that I was still hungry. Spent $13.40 and still hungry. That is a really bad value. When I got home I cooked a frozen pizza so I wouldn’t still be hungry. I do not recommend this business
Response to the owner: No, I will not be telling Newsom anything, but I will be telling many people all over Marin County to not eat at your restaurant. You can spin your little story all you want. The TRUTH stands: you serve tiny little tacos and charge a lot of money for them. How ridiculous of you to bring politics into a response about a critical review of your restaurant. Maybe you should move your restaurant to Texas since you hate California politics so much. LOL!
