I hadn’t been there for a while, but I went a few times recently, and the food quality is a bit lower than before. The appeal of this restaurant is that it is famous for its reasonable prices and especially for its plentiful and delicious tacos and burritos.

I often come in the evening and I noticed they do things differently. Normally you tell the person making your burrito what you want and don’t want. When you come in the evenings there is a skinny guy with glasses and tattoos and asks you if you want everything before the burrito is being made. Okay, so I say yes and I get cheese. Next time I come I tell him I don’t want everything and after telling him what I want and dont want he tells me “you could have just said everything”. It’s a painful experience now. If we just get rid of “Everything?” Guy with the glasses and the tattoos that works in the evening then maybe this place is worth it. But also the food is very greasy. If you order extra meat like I often do, you can expect that they will not roll your burrito correctly and it will fall apart while you eat it after everything you just went through through with “Everything?” Guy.

This place is so great! They have a very simple menu which include tacos, burritos and quesadillas. All of their meats are very flavorful which is hard to find. There salsa is also really flavorful as well. Not too spicy, just the right amount. I had 4 asada (steak) tacos this time and is just the perfect amount. I have been back multiple times each week since going for the first time. They are consistent, fast and have great flavor too!

We were craving some mexican food and stumbled on this place. Delighted to say this was one of the best place we’ve ever tried (HIGH ⭐️ compliment from a SD/TJ local who has plenty access to BOMB tacos )!

i got the BUCHE meats, rice and beans. It was fire! The buche was well seasoned, not too salty or too overcooked! The rice and beans were good too! I did wish they gave us a bigger portion to fill up the burrito & gave lime instead of lemon but I’ll take what I can get! 5/5

– Service: they’re friendly and helpful! It was super quick, we went in and out in less than 15 minutes.
– Atmosphere: the place is huge, there’s plenty of seatings. I love all the decoration and art on the wall!
Overall, I can’t recommend this place enough! I still dream about it. A good taco/burrito depends on the meats and its seasoning and they mastered it! I will be coming back! 10/10

Craving tacos since the weekend so we came in for a quick lunch. Selection was your standard options. Service was a bit off. I mean you walk up say how many tacos and then what kind. The cashier today was a little distracted and not the most engaging. The tacos were Ok. Meat was a bit dry. Not dried out jerky, but not juicy goodness. Place was clean and and there was plenty of seating.
