It just feels like this Pizza Hut is in the worst location possible for some reason and when you go inside it’s like you can see them working in back and it kinda takes the pizza vibe away instantly. I’m a Chicago guy so not trying to talk down on this place but something just be feeling off.

Gotta give this location a full 5 stars. The ladies on the staff have stepped it up and always make sure my pizza is exactly how I ordered it, since I always have specific instructions on my order. Very good vibes and great service. My most preferred location! Keep up the good work

Horrible customer service. Literally stood at the counter for over 10 minutes. They are walking around in the back. No one spoke they looked up but no acknowledgement. Every time I come in its consistent even when I’m Dashing. They never have the orders ready and they are never in a rush EVER. I won’t be back.

I really used to love this location…I can honestly say our waitress was good… unfortunately she was alone and working really hard to please all the customers…her service was better than the prep time for the food considering I saw 3 people in the kitchen… food was good just slow to come out… this restaurant used to be a major cornerstone in the city…the level really needs to be raised

$12 for a meat lovers good price. Extra marinara sauce is free in case anyone doesn’t know.
Table was sticky and had some kind of paper towel stuck to it or something. (See picture) Bathroom stall had some paper on the floor not the cleanest. Paper towel in bathroom was empty also.
Cool looking box and food for under $20 can’t complain too much.Lady said 12-15 minutes was technically 20 minutes bur that’s okay.

What happened to Pizza Hut ? Seriously they used to be the place to go but not anymore.
Slow, unhappy, rude service. They do not allow dine in service until “later in the evening”.
This is the worst. Griffin, Ga crap right here…with attitude.
Just close the store….why leave it open with attitude and nastiness? Just close up, no one will miss it

This is a rare Pizza hut restaurant. Second visit service is real good and staff friendly.
Food quality good and restaurant is clean. Parking is not a problem but access to restaurant maybe.

I literally just payed for a sixty dollar order at this restaurant my sister goes to get the order she gets there they don’t give her all the order so I call the store they answer the phone they hang up This goes on 10 times! I call the number where you place the order that connects you to the store they proceed to attempt to connect me to the store SEVERAL TIMES!!! The store continues to answer the phone and hang it up can’t even say hello nothing So by now I’m a so over it and I’m trying to tell the people who take the orders that are not at the store that they’re just continuously hanging up the phone in which I’m told that they’ll just turn it over to the district manager so duly note that if you are going to place an order you probably won’t get it all and good luck trying to get anyone on the phone because they’re just going to answer it and hang up on you and don’t think that you can call anyone else becaue all they’re going to tell you is they’ll try to turn it over to the district Manager If I could leave no stars I would but I’ll give it one just so I can leave this review You guys are garbage your customer service is trash It’s super unnecessary You’re equally as bad as Papa John’s
