I ordered a dinner box and some wings at 5:25pm this evening and it said my estimated delivery was 5:55pm. At 5:40pm I got a text saying my delivery was on the way. It’s now almost 7:45pm and my pizza is still not here. I have spoken with 4 different people and each one says “your driver is on the way. Your pizza should be there in the next 10 minutes or so” – I understand being short staffed but this is UNACCEPTABLE! Nothing has even been offered to remedy the situation, just an insincere “I’m sorry we didn’t meet you expectations”. This has been the worst pizza delivery experience I’ve ever had. 0/10 do not recommend.

I really used to love this location…I can honestly say our waitress was good… unfortunately she was alone and working really hard to please all the customers…her service was better than the prep time for the food considering I saw 3 people in the kitchen… food was good just slow to come out… this restaurant used to be a major cornerstone in the city…the level really needs to be raised

Never go to this ghetto unprofessional and bad customer service and food “pizza hut” location. Pizza doe crust was stale not fresh at all. I couldnt even bite into it the crust it wouldnt even pull apart. Pizza was not hot it was warm due to sitting behind car at the drive through window for 20 minutes and they never told them to pull around etc. Two other cars behind me just drove off. I couldnt because I already pre ordered mines online and paid for it. Also I called and complained about the wait at the window etc. And requested a manager who hung up on me after telling me to call back tomorrow for the GM. I also left a complaint with pizza hut Customer service who said the district manager should call you with 24 to 48 hours, its been a week no one called. The worst dont bother eating food from this store.

Great service and quality from the location itself. I did have an issue with delivery, because no driver picked up the food, but that’s not actually Pizza Hut’s fault – the delivery service doesn’t work for them.
