Muy rica la comida y bebidas. La salsa roja es la que pica mas pero todas saben muy bien. ¡Las tortas son más que perfectas, con el queso único y muy delicioso!

They are open on Sunday!!! Tried out their tacos for the first time this weekend. Alpastor had the most flavor, and the pineapple slice added a bit of sweetness. Asada, carnitas, and chicken were also good, and the red salsa gave them a great kick . Green salsa was mild but very tasty, nonetheless. Delicious and most definitely authentic Horchata water. Definitely recommend and will come by again to give their burritos, tortas, quesadillas, nachos, and asada fries a try aswell.

Update!
Came by to try their super burrito, quesabirrias w/ consome, and chia drink. They did not disappoint. Chia agua fresca with bits of fresh cucumber and a great lemony flavor, great for this hot summer weather. Quesabirrias and super burrito were packed with flavor and meat. Great customer service aswell.

Just need to add that their Tortas aremore than perfect! The grilled cheese adds a unique cheesy flavor. Worth every penny! My new favorite!

My favorite taco truck in Humboldt!! Their meat is so delicious I can’t get enough. I especially love the fresh pineapple on the al pastor!! It is a taco truck so I shouldn’t expect too much ambience but there is nothing but the gas station parking lot to wait in. That said the location is very convenient! The staff seems to be family and they are so sweet. Yum yum!!

The food is decent quality. The al pastor is good but they go really light on portions and charge as tho they don’t. They don’t use homemade tortillas which I think would be a massive improvement.
Elote and horchata are very cheap product to make yet are 5$ each, bit too much for what it is.
Beyond that service is great. They are always listening to Mexican music and it smells so good. The food is quick and will get the job done. They don’t over pack lettuce or rice, everything is nicely portioned evenly except the meat could get doubled.
I do highly recommend this place actually <3

One of my favorite spots for Birria tacos . Always friendly service. Thanks. They didn’t have tables when I’ve gone so I usually doordash.

They are set up in a gas station lot right on the corner so it’s pretty easy to spot their trailer. I decided on the asda fries at the last minute and they did not disappoint. The meat was cooked just right, seasoning was done well, and the guacamole was fantastic. I don’t have any problem with eating from food trucks and this is no exception. The only drawback is there is no outdoor seating so you will probably be sitting in your car parked next to the gas station’s bathrooms to eat.

Weird unconventional torta with cheddar cheese and no avo or jalapenos. Barely any meat. Burrito with old unseasoned asada meat was shwag too.

Don’t believe the hype. Ordered 2 tacos, one lengua one asada. Out of lengua. Ok, pastor then. Get 2 dry pastor tacos (what happened to the asada?) about 15 minutes later (they were busy). Tortillas overly chewy but not as bad as the flavorless meat. Even the lime and salsa didn’t help rehydrate this abomination. Disappointingly threw the plate away after half a taco. There are waaay better taco trucks around already.

Got a Carne Asada burrito from them at the Humboldt County fair. It was just a big rice burrito as for hot sauce and it didn’t get any. What a waste of money. We’ve got a quesadilla can’t screw up meat and cheese.

Taqueria Martinez offers fantastic, authentic Mexican food! The tacos were flavorful, and the portions were generous. My only concern was that the food was a bit too spicy for my taste, but if you enjoy a little heat, this is the perfect spot for you. The staff was friendly, and the service was quick. Overall, it’s a great place to grab delicious tacos on the go!

Not my favorite. A bit about me, grew up in the south west and have been trying different types of Mexican food from different regions of Mexico. I ordered a basic chicken burrito. It maybe because it was made to cater to the soft tastes of Humboldt area but the flavors tend to be more bold in the central valley, Arizona and different areas of Mexico (oxaca, ensenada, baja, sonora, etc). Once again, this is just my opinion. Please give them a try and have your own opinion.
