worst BBQ place i’ve been. Actually one of the worst restaurants i’ve ever been to. The food was the worst. the green beans were like mush from a can and no bacon like it was supposed to have. The fries were extremely salty. The brisket taste like they burned it and then ran it though the dishwasher. Fries didn’t come out for 30 min. They messed up our orders, they had our food sitting on the counter until it was absolutely cold. Very disappointed and it didn’t feel like a BBQ place. Will never go back

This will be the 2nd time now I’ve ordered Dickey’s delivered. They can not seem to get it right both times. Missing drinks, sides and lots of fat on the brisket for weight. I’ll be ordering through Blues BBQ from now on.

Went to this eatery today April 7, 2023 for lunch.
Ordered Brisket and chicken wings, wings were sold out so only ordered brisket with loaded potato and a drink.
Brisket was hands down the best i eaten in long time. Juicy, tender and tasteful. Restaurant looks decent and serves was fast.
Lady who took our order seems to be tired and looks like that she was waiting for her shift to be over. Didn’t smile or exchange any pleasantry.
Nevertheless in the end food matter the most which we liked a lot.
Loaded potato was $9 which is very expensive and there was nothing special about it. I suggest avoiding $9 for potato instead order meat.
Didn’t tried any other items.
Must try their Brisket if you are in the area.

Last 3 orders were missing sides and sauce. I used to love this place. I refuse to door dash from here anymore. Call and make sure your items are included before you assume the door dasher has them. Dickies will not ensure quality.

Meats were fine, sides were average at best. The green beans with bacon was not even half full but that’s okay, they were soggy and gross. The baked beans, well I paid for them but they weren’t delivered with the order. I tried to call, the number on the receipt from the downtown location is not correct, both numbers from Google in Billings go to voicemail that hangs up on you…

This is the third time we’ve ordered dickeys that something was missing. Drinks all three times, sauces all three times, and we also were missing sides. I can excuse the drink on being missed by DoorDash, but we can’t even contact the restaurant to fix it because all phone number are wrong. We went inside and told the owner himself about the phone number issue and it’s still not fixed. I took the time to read other reviews and the same issues are listed. I’m wondering how they still aren’t fixed.

We stopped in around 6 dinner time should of listened to my sister she was like place is dead at dinner time we probably should go somewhere else. Ordered for 6 they messed up on everyone’s order they forgot things charged for 8 meals told us they refunded 2 wich was a lie never got the funds back on the card. This was a way bad experience everything was way too salty like they just opened the season all and dumped it in the frys. The meat was like they froze it to long had the freezer burn taste to it. WORST BBQ PLACE EVER THEY DONT PUT BBQ SAUCE ON ANYTHING.

This was my first ever visit to a Dickey’s Barbecue Pit. Overall a positive experience. The quality of the barbecue was decent but not exceptional. Side dishes were tasty. I had spinach and macaroni and cheese. Sweet tea was excellent. Ice cream for dessert was included in price. I was certainly full when I left. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would come here again when I had a craving for barbeque.
