9.2/10 very very good tacos. Tried one of each meat and all of very good. chorizo and the al pastor are my favorite. Will definitely be back. Quick service, friendly staff and great food! Hope they stick around! Hopefully can figure out some sort of outdoor seating for summer months.

I’m so glad this place came to Belleville. Great tacos at good price, especially on taco Tuesday. I love the sauces that come with the tacos, I usually add the red and the green at the same time. Definitely more of a takeout spot as there’s not much space inside, but tacos travel well, and the food’s always ready fast. I think my orders have always been ready in less than 10 minutes. The staff are friendly too, although I haven’t spent a ton of time inside as I’m usually in and out within a minute or two.

Edit: this is no longer Big Kats bbq, which sucked. Taqueria los olivos is great! The burritos are amazing the tacos use corn tortillas which i don’t love but were otherwise good.
Third and probably final time trying Big Kats. I want to love it because we need more local options, but they don’t seem to have their stuff together. The food is decent. The service is absolutely atrocious. Each time, we had to wait WAY past when our order was supposed to be ready often with a crowd of other patrons waiting. Tonight, my wife arrived when it was supposed to be ready, waited 10min before being acknowledged, then another 15+ min before the food was ready. While waiting, the delivery driver came in and picked up an order and said “how late is this one going to be?”. I’d rather just drive to a different restaurant in a neighboring town where the food is actually ready when i get there.

Through being a regular because of their delicious food I’ve had the joy of getting to know Alfonso and Hilda, and they are some of the most wonderful humans I know. Their kindness, hard work, and heart for what they do shows in everything.

A welcome addition to the local dining scene! I like Los Olivos better than any of the other southern Dane County taquerias and hope they will expand eventually to a larger space with more dine-in opportunity. The food is wonderfully fresh, authentic, and generously portioned at reasonable prices; and the staff is friendly and kind. Belleville has long suffered a dearth of quality dining options beyond pizza and fried food, and in my opinion this is the best meal in town.

Such a Great lunch I had to try it all. Brisket sandwich with Pepperjack and Carmilized Onions yummy . The cornbread with Hot Honey is so tasty.The Beans are good too . I loved the Cole slaw..it is probably the best Cole slaw I have had. Looking forward to next time . The employees are friendly and my order was quick and prices are so reasonable.

Very authentic Mexican food. I had an AL Pastor taco and a carnitas quesadilla. High quality and generous with the meat. Salsa verde creamy and heavy with cilantro. Strictly take out. Definately recommend.
