This is my besties fav place. I loved it! Steak was so good, rice and beans were just like my moms. The mojito was delicious! Friendly service and the atmosphere is fun and festive. The decor is really cute. Definitely want to come back!

The homemade chorizo was by far the highlight of the meal, but overall the rest of food was so-so. The chips that came with the chips/salsa did not seem fresh or made in-house, they sort of had that restaurant supply store vibe. The salsa itself was quite watery and didn’t have much flavor.
This theme continued as the main dishes came out. The barbacoa was watery and pretty bland, as well as the rice and beans. The beans definitely needed salt, which is where we realized that there was no salt out on any of the tables.
Overall, the portions were decent sized and the staff was nice and attentive. The food just lacked flavor or any real spice.

As far as vegitarian food goes, I was really disappointed. I can’t say anything about the meat dishes since I didn’t try them but they looked much better. I ordered the avocado tacos and they were so bland. There was no flavoring or sauce added. For the price, I expected them to be better.

Delicious food. Smiling service. Nice menu. Free chips were fresh. I had a pork burrito smothered in verde sauce. Everything about it was delicious. The meat seemed to be seared dark brown for flavor, then simmered slowly till it was moist and tender.
