You gotta do better folks. I don’t care if I’m buying a sandwich or a car, I want my money’s worth. Organization and consistency is everything in managing any service. Uprising a fry doesn’t solve problems. Had i wanted a large id have ordered that but I get the gesture. It doesn’t matter what you give to make up for failures, you cannot put a price on someone’s time. 20 mins for a simple sandwich and fries us not ok. Nor trying to pawn a small fry in a medium cup and hope I don’t say anything works. Very poor management practice. Again, do better. We the customer is the only reason you exist in your roles.

Walked in for a quick bite. There were two employees out front smoking and vaping. The woman who took our order seemed miserable to be there. Order was ready quickly but we couldn’t find a clean table to sit down. We finally decided on the cleanest one, wiped it down with a napkin as the two smokers walked in and two different employees walked out to smoke. Not one of them cleaned tables the whole time that we were there. Roast beef sandwiches were good.

The folks working here were so nice! The world would be better place if everyone followed their example. I enjoyed my first French Dip sandwich, and my daughter enjoyed her Crispy Chicken. We also tried their Apple Pie shakes, which were really good – try one! There was even entertainment – two cop cars came to the next-door Dollar General, at high speed with red-and-blues on. Whatever the problem was, it seemed to get resolved calmly.

I’m in a car so the photos don’t do it justice but I had the Crispy Buffalo Chicken Sandwich meal, a Buffalo chicken slider and a Greek Gyro.
The slider was impressive, such a small sandwich yet they had an oversized patty on it A++
Both the slider and chicken sandwich were smothered in sauce (how I like it) they were absolutely delicious! Had the taste of a high quality chicken sandwich.
The Greek gyro was awesome . They didn’t put many onions on it, however I don’t like onions so that didn’t bother me.
The guy at the window and the lady who brought the food out to us were very friendly and actually seemed to care about being there and that’s rare to see at a fast food restaurant.
Honestly they shouldn’t be classified as fast food, it doesn’t do the quality of food they have Justice. Very good job guys!

19 minutes waiting in the drive through and they still screwed up my order. Looking in through drivethru window I think only one of the three people in there was working.

Deserves 0 stars!! Terrible place to go, ALL WORKERS are very rude, window lady, counter person & even in the kitchen area. Can hear them ALL complaining about customers. Will NEVER go back. Food is disgusting, they definitely don’t care about quality. Just putting in their work hours, act like they hate their job and hate to wait on people.

Drove 7 hours, got a room in Fort Scott decided to stop here for dinner, no beef, no ham, they had turkey but we couldn’t sub turkey for ham, they said they had chicken ordered 3 #15’s (chicken sandwiches) received 3 set of buns with tomato and lettuce and I guess they were also out of chicken because we didn’t get any chicken!! Brought the sandwiches back into the store and I guess “mistakes happen” I dont know how 3 CHICKEN sandwiches can be made by mistake without the main ingredient!

The service was extremely slow. Drive up or dine in. There was an elderly lady at the counter that had gotten her meal(that took forever) and just needed salt. Other than my wife and I there was no one else inside the restaurant. The lady waited forever. Her food was cold and getting colder. Staff refused to recognize her at all. Right or wrong, after a while, i simply reached behind the counter and got her a packet of salt. THAT the staff suddenly became attentive to. The manager threatened to have me permanently banned. There’s no sign saying anything about not getting your own salt. I wasn’t warned. Etc. Simply immediately threatened. Never mind that no matter how busy she thought they were (Again, NO ONE, else in the restaurant)it have only taken 3 seconds to help that lady. Come on. Have since business acumen. At the least the manager or staff member could have asked that lady what she needed, and if it was going to take too long to accomplish simply said will be with you in a minute but instead they just ignored her entirely. And not just for 5 minutes either, we’re talking 10 minutes or longer!
