The staff will talk about you in Spanish if they think you can’t speak it. The food is sub par. The menudo had a huge bone in it and very little tripe. The hominy tasted like it was old. The soup was over seasoned as if the chef tried to hide the fact that there wasn’t much there besides a bone. The burrito meat was a lot more gristle than I expected. And the meat was burned in such a way that made it inedible. The red sauce on the burrito reminded of speghetti o’s that had been left out overnight and reheated. The rice tasted like it had been there for a few days. The refried beans were dry like it was older than the rice. The bottle of coke was room temperature even though it was in the cooler. I wouldn’t recommend this place. And I won’t ever go back. I throw the idea to my kids as a joke when discussing where to eat and they don’t want to go there ever again. Besides the staff blatantly talking crazy about us in Spanish. The atmosphere is dirty like a restaurant that’s been open too long and nobody really cares to clean it. If you go in there take a look and listen to everything carefully and you’ll see what I mean. I feel we got overcharged for the disappointment we suffered. . .
