Man behind counter needs a hair net. There was a hair in my sandwich which I pointed out as he was making it. He assures me it wasn’t a hair but when I sat down to eat there was the hair on my food. He got an attitude when I pointed it out and asked him to remake it. He acted like I was wrong for wanting it remade. Cleanliness is definitely something that this store needs to work on.

I ordered 2 sandwiches on the app for pick up and on the way over I got a call from the store. The employee was calling to let me know they ran out of the bread we had ordered for both sandwiches, and wanted to know what bread we would like instead. We ordered close to close so not shocked at all they were out of the popular herbs & cheese bread. I was very impressed that she called to ask what we wanted instead! I work in food service so I know how annoying it can be to have to call customers lol, and not every employee is willing to do it, some people just wait until the customer arrives to tell them they’re out of what they ordered (or just change it themselves ). So I do consider this simple consideration above and beyond service imo. The sandwich were delicious too
The chips were back down the hallway to the bathroom, which felt a little weird but there isn’t much room close to the counter so they’re just working with what they got.

The girls wear dangly bracelets that dangle all over the sandwiches contaminating them, as im sure they also dangle on them when they use the bathroom. And when they lean over to get ingredients their shirts touch the sandwich. I walked out cuz that was gross

Avoid this location at all cost. Using the app my order was mistakenly placed at this location. I called them to instantly dispute or cancel the transaction and and they would not allow me. They said I had to go to the bank. At the location I was at. They showed me how it is easily deleted from their POS. So basically the owners of that location stated these owners are definitely lying. We called three other times trying to get this rectified and they will not do it. No wonder why they have such a bad reputation and I’ve already contacted my bank and they will be rectifying this as soon as possible. Buy or beware

They have the meat slices blocked off you can no longer see how the meat looks from the glass they blocked it. Corporate if you are reading this you know that sends off red flags. The bread was also stale and your bathrooms are always locked my kid almost went on himself because your employees made us wait to unlock the bathroom they said they were busy and we had to wait my kid had to hold it in for a long time and elderly person probably wouldn’t have been able to. It’s just wrong. And on top of all that my sandwich did not taste fresh it tasted old and stale.

First of all I used a coupon so may be that explain why there were barely any meat in the sandwich. When we go pick up the order, they locked door and the guy went to open the door seems very moody and unhappy. We also got sick after eating the sandwich. All in all just horrible.
