Best Mexican taco truck in BCS! Got some breakfast tacos (eggs, chorizo and potatoes). devoured before I even made it home
Workers are super friendly and everything is made on the spot so you have to wait but it’s well worth it!! Will be coming back soon!

The birria torta was one of the better things I’ve had this year. Gorditas were also . Green salsa also great.

Everything from the quesabirria tacos to the salsa was delicious. I got the food super quickly and the tacos were filled to the brim. Definitely a hidden gem and I’m definitely coming again for the torta birria. The food reminded me of home.

Food truck near daughter’s home. On way to where I was training. In a really convenient little shopping center. Stopped by a couple times to get tacos. They are nice a stuffed, but little inconsistent. I feel tortillas needed to be cooked longer. And that may be a PERSONAL preference. Seemed like worker was rushed as to not keep me waiting. I asked for tortillas to be toasted…which is a “thing” in South Texas..I think k she thought I wanted them CRISPY…as she said hut then they would break. Clearly didnt understand what I was asking so didnt hold against. Overall tacos were good. Ill be back when I am up again.

Came here for the first time. Never had Birria before, but always wanted to try some, but not too many places in this city that offers that. I ordered both the Torta Birria and Quesa Birria. Both were very delicious. I favor the Quesa Birria more, although, I wish they cooked it more for the crispiness as l’ve seen on the food channels. The Torta Birria does have more bread, but it’s still delicious. Each of these orders came in a clamshell container with Mexican rice, Birria dipping sauce, onions, and cilantros. They also come in a red or green salsa. The red salsa is habanero based so it was too spicy for me, but that green salsa was amazing. Will definitely be back and this time I’ll see if they can grill the Quesa Birria more so I can get that crispy texture.
Staff are very friendly and fast. There are no seating areas. This is a food truck parked in the Shell gas station parking lot so parking is very small and limited. It’s probably easier to place a phone order so you’re not taking up Shell’s gas pump spots. Conveniently located next to Aggieland Outfitters and across the street from Texas A&M Kyle Field.

Always great to me. I went here 2-3x a week and the food was always so fire. I’ve since moved out of college station and I wish I could take this place with me! Highly recommend this place & the quesabirria!

The first time I ate, here was some of the best tacos of my life. Husband and wife seem to be in the kitchen and we’re making stuff very. Tonight was a different story. I was served undercooked corn tortilla, old tasting beef and soggy veggies, and the chef was not wearing any gloves. They put everything on my taco with no gloves. They grabbed all the onion and cilantro raw by hand no gloves. I hope I don’t get sick. I may come again if the married couple is in the kitchen cooking and talk to them and update my review because I believe when they are there, it is all top shape

Food was delicious and ready in less than ten minutes. One of the best quesabirrias I’ve had in the area. I walked here from Ringer Library. Because it’s a food truck there was limited seating and almost no shade in the hot weather. I think this may be my new lunch spot on days I go to the library to get work done.
