Food was not hot and was given 6 tortilla chips in a sandwich bag, with the 2 enchilada combination plate. There was also not much meat in the enchiladas. The sauce didn’t taste well and was a lil hot and salty. Now reading the reviews this has happened to several customers. Won’t be going back here.

Chicken super burrito was the worst SB I’ve had, especially in CA. No flavor everything tasted dirty. The horchata was straight syrup, I didn’t even finish my food or drink. Disappointed.

This is a place that is always slow and unfortunately staff is rude. Restrooms are closed and no hand sanitizer in the dispenser. You’ll get treated better at Taco Bell.

we ordered burritos through door dash and i was pleasantly surprised by their burritos. the chicken had really tasty seasoning and i could tell they put in effort you know? they also gave us a whole bunch of free chips & salsa, and 2 free mini desserts of shortbread! it was very sweet. god bless.

Just left this place and was very disappointed in the customer service. This lady treated my boyfriend and I very rudely. I am big on customer service and had to be sure to share my experience to people looking to eat here. The lady gave me a funny look when I first walked in. I allowed her a second chance but the disrespect did not stop there. She had our food packed to go but we wanted to sit in the restaurant. There was only one napkin given to me for a super nacho plate. I asked her for more napkins and she gave me one again. My boyfriend wanted some salsa and she was hesitant to give him a cup to put some in. It was a very uncomfortable feeling/vibe so much that we left and did not enjoy our food. I would hate to feel like It was racism but it felt like it 100%. It was unfortunate and hurtful.
