The family had already had lunch, so I came because I needed to go out. The dunka latte was just right sweet and good, and the black pepper bacon sandwich was also handy. The staff was very friendly and quick to serve.

I just cannot get enough of this place, even though the location itself is kind of a pain. That said, I keep coming back because the service is always on point and the food and drinks are done right. Orders are made correctly, the coffee is consistent, and the staff stays friendly even when it is busy. That matters when you are stopping in on the way to work or running kids around. If the location were a little easier to get in and out of, it would be perfect, but the quality and service make it worth the stop every time.

Please GIVE out napkins when ordering at drive through. Everything is messy!! Kudos on being the only place for miles with Bagel Twists. They really are your best creation. And please bring back the Chocolate Iced Cake doughnut.

Well, I have to only give one star considering I was there at 4:45 in the morning to pick up my Uber eats order and the girl at the drive-through refused to give me the order and said I needed to come inside that they’ve been open since 430 but yet the door was closed. It’s pouring rain outside and I simply asked for my Uber eats order Through the drive-through, but the girl was very rude and unprofessional Marcelo who is the manager of this store should do a better job with his employees. I would never go to this Dunkin’ Donuts to order food.

So I decided to wait for the manager Marcelto come in and explain the situation to him and he quickly shut me out and said I was the one that was rude because I decided to drive through the drive-through since the store was not open and pick up my Uber eats orderwhich was not given to me by the girl who was at the drive-through and decided to tell me that I needed to come inside after I was waiting outside for her to open the door at 4 o’clock in the morning I would never go and order at this place again I wonder whatever happened to the customer being right definitely not at this Dunkin’ Donuts

The actual store and its employees are wonderful, BUT whoever thought it’d be a good idea to put a dunkin on a very small busy corner should’ve been fired. Some mornings if you are not there early enough, you will be waiting in the middle of the street waiting to order through the drive through.

Not worth the dangerous entrance. Line is consistently backed up into Spring Hill Drive creating a constant hazard. Very sketchy trying to enter or exit, people will actively block the exit to keep their place in line. skip this one go to a different one.

I decide to go for donuts and ice cream and the first thing when we got there was that the place was really dirty and there were no doughnuts!!! Even with that we decide to stay , the line was clear inside and outside. Staff were talking, 10 minutes no greeting, then the lady that was doing car orders came to serve the ice cream, I had to repeat the order 3 times for a sundae. Once she finish she told me to go and pay, didn’t acknowledge my husband next to me. We let her know that he was ordering too. The cashier was charging us even before his order was serve, giving no chance for you to asked for something else. I know she was very busy talking to a friend. She asked if I wanted the received once I said no she keep walking. No, thank you or nothing. She wanted to enjoy the conversation. The cashier area was dirty too, come on how much time take to clean a countertop, the store look like if it was going to close soon. It was raining but the storm inside wasn’t about the dirty floor because of the rain!!!

I don’t understand how hard it is to read an order. This isn’t the first time I haven’t gotten my order right only to find out when I get to work. I order a SWEET tea and get an unsweet tea. This is becoming a joke.
