Food is good, and I will never discredit a restaurant for having that. However, when your staff has a cold shoulder and gives you eyes whenever you ask a question, then that has to change. Even while the food is good, your hospitality matters in reaching that other side for the customer and helping them out. Even if you’ve had a bad day, you shouldn’t go out of your way to make it know that you’re an inconvenience to them for asking a simple question….

The gal at the front was nice and did her best to make sure the cook made the order right. I ordered a bean cheese and avo burrito – no meat and nothing else in it.
They put chicken in it, which I don’t eat. The cheese wasn’t melted. And the taste was way off maybe was the chicken or maybe they use lard in their beans – but it made me want to throw up. I didn’t even finish eating my first bite. And I didn’t eat there or I would have returned it and gotten a quesadilla.
