If I could rate the trash tacos they served zero stars I would. Ordered 5 tacos al pastor for $10 not to mention they add on a fee for the aluminum foil and paper bag they use to put ur tacos in. On top of that u are charged 4% on all credit card transactions. The meat in the tacos was so old and dry pretty sure it had gone bad already. Same w the grilled onions. Waste of money!

Ordered chicken enchiladas but they were so dry and chicken was very dry and lacked spices. I sent it bac for a little sauce but the sauce was cold. I told the young lady at the front and she only charged me for the coke. I’ve had tacos the before & they were great. Overall I like the place.

This establishment is a small quaint eatery that offers authentic Mexican dishes packed with great flavor at reasonable pricing. In my opinion they serve up the best gorditas in all the RGV with filling of your choice. They also offer authentic tacos de trompo, the meat is shaved off the rotating stack of seasoned pork and the sizziling meat is then rolled up in a warm corn tortilla. A defenite must try if wanting delicious Mexican food.

I came here as a date idea! Lovely fall weather to utilize their outdoor seating. We loved every bit of this food! The staff was very polite and attentive. The bistek ranchero was amazing. The taco was big, delicious, and filling. The mango lemonade was super tasty. I definitely want to come again with my girl. We had a good time at this restaurant. After loving everything we’ve tried thus far, I’d recommend anything really!

Not taking anything away from the other tacos, but this taqueria is the best one, close to the Matamoros type tacos, specially the pastor tacos right out of the fire. The only negative of this place is the moody waiter, looks burned out, like she is tired of the taco life.

I was impressed.
Food was hot and made to order
We sat down they brought us the starter it was a small cup of Hot fideo soup it was good.
Then got the Chile rellenos filled with meat it was delicious.
Heard good things about this place had to try for my self .
Place it self is very clean and Covid aware.

Hadn’t been here since before they cleaned up the place (years ago) and was honestly impressed. It went from a wannabe food truck to an actual casual dining atmosphere. I ordered to go and waited while the order was prepared. Food was great, but more importantly, the area was clean, comfortable, and easy to chill out here. Server was friendly despite how busy it was. (8 out of 11 tables full) coming back to try their expanded menu!
