Very good tacos with excellent service. We had asada, chicharron, and birria. The birria was the best, a flavorful and tendor nibble. The chicharron was nice and spicy. The side sauces were perfect accompaniments. And the salsa was very delicious. Our waitress was friendly and efficient, waiting patiently as we sorted out the web menu. If you’re out on a winery or farm store tour, pull in here for a recharge.

What a nice surprise! I stopped in on a whim and ordered the thing I’d never heard of, the pambazo. It turned out to be a big, round sandwich with chorizo, hashed potato, tomatoes, and sauce, served with two kinds of salsa. And it was so good! The service was great and everyone here seems to be dedicated to customer satisfaction. Loved it. Will come back next time I pass through.

Breakfast or lunch you can’t go wrong. Fresh ingredients with so much flavor. Their salsa and hot sauces are so amazing, that i wanted to take a bucket of them home. These folks are so friendly and warm. I seriously wish that I lived closer because I’d be a regular! If you’re in town and you want some fantastic food get on in there. Thanks Sarah for all the local recommendations. Oh and if you like beer get the local IPA. It’s very tasty and has a cool story behind it.

Okay, so, this little restaurant is nothing fancy. Don’t let that dissuade you, I had three tacos (2 adobada and 1 carne asada). They make their own corn tortillas and the tacos get a perfect score for taste and authenticity. They were perfect tacos and genuinely tasted like they would as if having a cooked meal in a Mexican family home – just authentic through and through! Don’t expect a fancy presentation or dining setting but you can can absolutely expect amazing tacos, nice people and a taste of real Mexican food. If in you are in Zillah and want Mexican food – go to Taqueria La Plazita.
